      If they didn’t play Airbag when you saw them then that’s rare. Usually it’s a live staple. I think even in 2001 when they would only play Kid A and Amnesiac exclusively they would still bring out Airbag for an encore. They’d play their singles too with the exception of Creep.

    I'd say Thom Yorke loses himself in the music, lets it take control of him, and he doesn't care how silly he may look to some people. it's like it's the music that's getting him "high". it's true passion, babycakes :)

    He's genuinely enjoying the music and gets lost in it. And this is the way he's displaying his passion. I'm pretty sure what people perceive of him is the last thing in his mind.

    I'll never forget the way Thom feels everything he's singing ..he sucks you into the moment. This is a classic and I hope when I'm performing that I can project my mood through the mic to the crowd like he does. Long live Radiohead!

    Ed adds a lot of subtleties and complexities to the songs while Jonny usually plays lead. He's a big part of what makes Radiohead unique, what makes Radiohead and Radiohead and not just another gread band. In other words, Radiohead could honestly function without Ed and still be a great band, but they wouldn't be the same. Ed is what makes them deliciously weird.

    I totalled my SUV back in 2000. Hydroplaned into a concrete divider crushed up to my dashboard. I literally stepped out with only a small burn on my forehead from the Airbag. After that I played this song over n over bc "I am born again... an Airbag Saved My Life"

    Sometimes it's hard to tell what he does in a song, like in Airbag after the second chorus, how he plays a solo simultaneously with Jonny but Jonny overshadows him. Obviously, you can see it in this video but on the album it's harder. But I understand where you're coming from. Sometimes live, he looks like he's just taking up space. You just gotta really listen. Ed's the man.

    Usually a digital reverb sucks. What it comes down to is room size. Which means the reverb pedal should be the most expensive in the set.
