Appreciate the honestly. BRAVO... You did a great job breaking down all the important highlights for retiring to Tennessee! 👍

I love your videos! I watched your retirement in middle Tennessee and would like to know if you can offer up the same opinion in more western, suburbs of Knoxville or Chatanooga, Tennessee retirement living: lake, river, acreage, and agriculture. We are planning a road trip to Tennessee in April, and we plan to cover many of the areas you are recommending. We want to find the perfect spot for us. Thank you for your informative videos; much appreciated.

Good quality senior health care and nursing homes are most important.

Something not mentioned in the Access To Healthcare section is the fact that Tennessee did NOT expand Medicaid (called TennCare). So if you are retiring to TN from a state that did expand, you should expect to see a reduction in coverage.

Senior benefits and very good quality health care and nursing homes are most important for seniors. Some states are more senior friendly than others.

I don't know who wrote the first blog or did the first video that so many young real estate agents seem to want to repeat. That exact information covers at least 35 of the remaining 50 states. I have been looking for a retirement home for about a year now and I have seen that video done by four other youtube realtors and they all lack anything that would make me say 'Hey that is interesting and unique. Maybe I should call them'. What people looking to find that retirement place want to know was not in this video but there are others out there that are hitting it. For example, you mention taxes are favorable. Yeah and? I've seen a couple videos from realtors from Bristol and Chattanooga and both mentioned going across the state line to save on sales tax. The elderly and military veterans for that matter, don't owe anyone anything and deserve every tip and discount you can give them. Don't fall back on vague statistics like healthcare because North Carolina, Minnesota and Texas for example, will eat your lunch. Tennessee must have things that are unique to it and a major draw besides things like 'At least it's not California'. Tell us about them.

Why did you ignore TORNADOES? That is important. Maybe you just don’t want people to know until after you sell them a house
