    My wife and I are considering moving away from the Baton Rouge area in Louisiana. We are tired of the high violent crime rate, horrible traffic, and some of the worst schools (she's a teacher). Brentwood seems like it would be absolutely perfect for us, once we can one day afford the high prices. We'll definitely keep you in mind. Thank you so much for the informational video!

      Thank you Michael for watching. I am glad you are finding value in the show! Depending on your needs , there are certainly more " affordable" areas of Brentwood. I am happy to have a conversation to find more of what you need/want in a home; feel free to call or text!

    Average family size will typically be a decimal because it's a quotient. For example, if they survey 1000 families and the total number of family members is 3360 then the average is 3.36. Finding the median family size would probably make more sense.

      I agree! However, the stats I quote are not my own but those of the websites I site. If they use average, that is what I have to quote!

    Is Brentwood Williamson County better to live in rather than Brentwood Davidson county??????

    • @LivingInNashvilleTennessee1
      @LivingInNashvilleTennessee1 Год назад +1

      That is a great question, Sandra and it comes down really to budget. And if you have children and want the public school system. I am happy to talk to you about yoru specific needs as there is no blanket answer to your question.
      Be sure to watch for this weeks video release on Sunday as that is the exact topic and vlog-- Brentwood/Davidson County

    One "con" is no one story new construction high end homes. :(

    • @LivingInNashvilleTennessee1
      @LivingInNashvilleTennessee1 Год назад

      I agree. The reason is that lots are smaller , buyers want large primary bedrooms on main level but living spaces and at least a 3 car garage…. Small lots don’t allow the space high end buyers want. It is always a juggle. This is why o live the older neighborhoods with ranch homes- then renovate!

    Brentwood is over priced rates at 7 now prices are coming down now wait two years it will be cheaper.

      Actually rates are at low 6% and you may be right about prices going lower-- but how much will you spend renting in a commensurate location while you wait?
