I know it’s not just me be I didn’t see Ridley as that.m much of a loss. He never was the big play threat he was said to be. I know it was a lot of things wrong on the offense but Ridley never really seemed focused and was often running wrong routes or just flat out disappearing in games. We also have too much money tied up in WR contracts. At some point we were going to need to DRAFT a WR anyways

He was a big loss, but we just replaced him with a good player.

I wanted nothing more than a trade back and was very happy we moved back to 23. I was leaning towards hoping we would move back again but VERY happy getting Brian Thomas. People say we needed a wr and we def did but what they also dont mention is how many times trevor was injured last yr and how many games kirk and jones (and even cam robinson missed). With even a little more health we would look much better esp with improved defense. And now adding brian thomas who we needed that size guy. Love it. What I wasn't a fan of is only getting a 5th this year and a 3rd and 4th next yr in a less deep draft reportedly. I wouldve gladly given up the 5th if we could've gotten even a 4th this year if they were unwilling to give up the 3rd this year. I just hope we trade up to top of 2nd to go get Cooper dejean or mckinstrey or Jonny newton now 🤞🙏
