    Keep the gas cover and bat box 🍊 orange. The orange black orange scheme looks cool.
    With all your wiring issues, I'm glad you had some new pliers to make things a little easier 👍👍. Looks and sounds good.

    I have honestly have not had any issues with bullet connectors. I use those especially with lights. Just have to make sure they don't pull and you route them good. Good job with the swap.

    It sounds sweet, smooth. IMO yeah, it's the valves needing a tweak, I bet you're happy as heck feeling that extra torque, LOL, nice job, brother 😁✌

    Keep the cover orange. Also, backfiring when you let off the throttle can be an exhaust leak, or a lean idle setting.

    😅 keep it orange, check your valve lash .
    .04 intake. 05 exhaust than check your carb float angle, don't know what carb you have that made a big difference with mine, but the jets had to be changed that's why they call it test and turn. If you can try 12gm rollers or sliders and check the carb,manifold, exhaust for leaks. There is a Happy ending to this and congrats to the gy6 swap🤛

    I'm guessing you have an 8 pole stator?

    • @SmallEngineVelocity
      @SmallEngineVelocity  5 лет назад +1

      It’s 11 pole but the power coming out of the rectifier was not going into the electrical system. Some kind of fault “in” the harness. Ended up making a direct wire out of the rectifier to the battery and problem solved (in line fuse on it of course).

  • @jtktam

    • @marineboy4181
      @marineboy4181 3 года назад +1

      Yeah people do that crap because people want to hurry up and buy nice things. Not everybody wants to take time to save up for things cuz it does take a long time most people don't have that type of patients I'm assuming. And sometimes I don't but I wouldn't buy no use freaking bike parts for a motorcycle the stuff he bought the only used part that I bought was from Camco scooter and it was the front shocks but they were in decent condition and not messed up. And I wouldn't even have done that if I could find brand new ones it's hard to find Camco shocks I finally found some new and I finally found some new shocks on eBay Camco and come with forks as well for 200 something typo

    You killed the original reliable Honda engine by tuning it and making faster than intended. Now you install a GY6 engine that's total garbage and plagued with problems. Yeah makes sense.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • @SmallEngineVelocity
      @SmallEngineVelocity  5 лет назад

      I didn’t kill it :) it was still going 50 when I took it off as for the GY6 we will see.
