There ya go man. Told ya the trail tech is the win! Mine is very old and I’ve never changed the battery in 5-6 years. Thats cool that yours has a button to scroll thru the several functions. Mine is only rpms and hrs, rpms automatically come on when bike starts and hrs when bike is off.

For anyone who's curious Peak torque is 3.35 lb at 7000 RPMs Peak horsepower is 4.3 horsepower at 8000 RPMs the next best mod to do if you are able to exceed 8000 RPMs or at least exceed 7800 RPMs is to do variator weights lighter weights don't engage variator is much and will make the bike slower heavier weights will Engage The variator more and increase your top speed like for him since he's doing 8700 RPMs he wants to get heavier variator weights to possibly get more speed but I don't necessarily think that that would help and make a difference but you should mess around with variator weights and 1/2 gram increments or maybe one gram increments if you're only spending up to 7,000 or 7,500 RPM you want to get lighter weights if you're spending anything past 8000 RPMs or 7800 RPMs you want to get heavier weights.

Caesar, you don’t have any type of air filter on your Ruckus or did you put one on later? I’ve watched a few of your vids and I like them. I just got a 2022 Ruck and love it but need a bit more speed. Anyway, thanks for the films, as they are extremely helpful. I can’t do work on my rides anymore, due to my neck. But I hope to find a shop near me that tunes Rucks. Then I can at least get all the parts installed, and hopefully get it Dyno-tuned. My motor does 38 mph right now but my neighbor’s bike does 40 and it’s all stock. And I need to do 45-50 mph with the roads and drivers we have here. I almost got sideswiped the other day and I know it’s because the bike is small and doesn’t have a plate.

GET : I am planing someday to GET a GET again someday. I had much more fun tuning on a GET and I feel like going 50-60 on a GET was much more rewarding. When I ride my ruckus I rarely go over 50 even as a GY6. I feel I did my viewers an injustice by not taking the get as far and as as I could.

LOL I would choose the TaoTao the one I already have 50cc everybody knows the TaoTao is freaking faster than the Ruckus if you both tune a Ruckus in a towel towel to the max a TaoTao will smoke a ruckus they're both GY6 but somehow Ruckus have slower take off in there just not faster I'm pretty sure you can get a towel towel to go up TaoTao to go up about a hunter or 99 mph I think a Ruckus will go about 90 and it has slow take-off typo

I bought my first mini bike, an old Suzuki Trailhopper 50. Had a blast on that bike. My best friend had a Yamaha 250 Enduro, which he let me ride every day (grew up in FL). Then in the Marines, I bought a Honda CB350. Great little bike! Loved it so much that I bought my first NEW bike, a Honda 550K. It was great! Unfortunately, I got in an accident and totaled it. No so much the variator as it is the weights you use. Wider or more narrow , longer or shorter belt changes the dynamic and most after market variator have polished ramps or something
