Great video and interesting topic! I can totally relate to having depression glasses that distort the way you see the world and yourself. And it's hard to stop the black and white thinking, but I will keep trying to think more positive.

Mine goes down drastically when I take protein shakes with banana and spinach. But my kind is different as meds are important in any case but still I need the shake and also niacin
