This is one of the only times I’ve seen Maggot Brain on video, especially post-70’s, with Eddie leading from the start. Usually the Kidd would lead and Eddie would play rhythm and go back and for with Mike, but this one he was right there. I never met the man, but it still makes me sad when I think of what happened to Eddie. He seemed to sensitive in some ways for this world. Fly on Eddie 🤘🏻❤️🛸💨🎶

The point about early 1990s P-Funk; it was all the original 1970s members - minus Bootsy and Bernie... - plus next-generation like Amp Fiddler, Andre Foxxe, Lige Curry, Belita Woods, etc. Garry Shider, Cordell Mossoon, Blackbyrd McKnight, Michael Hampton, Baltimore Connection with Greg Boyer etc. were on top of their game. This show even has Rodney Curtis and David Spradley. And it was all fueled by all their albums getting re-released on CD for the first time.
