Mega lap! The part I don't understand is how you top guys can so consistently find the line through T3 without getting the cut. That corner is my bane! xD

For sure it’s such a challenge, I don’t hit it every time to be honest, but what I do to make sure I get as close to hitting it every time is using turn in point! For that I use the end of the entry curb on the left, and when that ends I turn into the corner👍

@@soholmgaming got a direct drive wheelbase on the way. Hoping it offers some gains over my current belt-driven setup, especially given the years I spent karting

@@soholmgaming looking at the CSL DD 8nm. I'm sure more force would be better but 8 is more than the 6 I'm currently getting and I think the main gain will be switching to direct drive. I'm also hesitant to spend 2x-3x more for a stronger base because I think the gains will be marginal and I'd rather put that money into my kart or dirtbike. Curious if you'd agree with all of that

Well for sure it’s going to feel better having direct drive, but I don’t believe the difference between CSL Elite and DD are thaaat big. It also depends on what pedals you have in my opinion. Upgrading pedals > upgrading wheelbase, but if your pedals are good already then go for it👍
