We are going on a cruise out of Long Beach in October and are going to Universal for a day before cruise... I had saw the VIP option and talked the wife into us doing it... so glad we are doing it after seeing your video and several others

Wow, the memories alone definitely made this VIP tour so worth it. You got to do a lot of great things and see some areas that you typically wouldn’t get to see it. Our boys are so anxious to visit Nintendo World when Epic Universe opens!!!
It's So Cool that they let you film on the rides! Orlando Universal won't be as kind! Lol
I was able to film a few rides, though, like Transformers and Spider-Man, but the Coasters were a big No No!😔
The Backlot and Jaws are rides that we so wish were in Orlando!
Now that's Awesome to walk around the Clock Tower and other sets!!!
The VIP Experience Definitely sounds like a great deal in its entirely!!!

This sounds super fun! Especially at Hollywood, so you can see it all in one day! I can't wait to have a Mario Land here... we will be there A LOT! Bummer on the break down. I love the Mummy, it's Patrick's favorite ride right now! I've never done the little HP coaster, looks short but fun! So many fun rides! Awesome day!

Over promise LOL!! The Mario stuff looks super cool! I feel for families planning these trips for the first time! You all have experience and still ran into issues (parking, tickets, rides breaking down)! I can see how so many people would avoid these places over fear of doing something wrong! After watching your video we might need to add Universal to our California trip! Great video!
The new Super Mario Land really was amazing! The VIP experience helped us have a carefree day after the morning breakdown, our guide was getting constant updates of rides were running or not! It was a great day! Thanks for watching!
This is so cool, what a great tour! I love Universal in Hollywood - it's been a few years since I've been there, but what a great tour! I would say it's worth it!
When we looked at pricing, it’s not much more than a normal day with express pass or depending where you eat the same price! Thanks for watching!
We have debated if this is worth it or not and just being able to get out on the tour and look around is pretty neat. Plus skip the line is so nice! As much as we don't like the add-ons to the theme park tickets, this makes your day go so much smoother.
If you don’t buy that front of the line pass ever, then this VIP package probably isn’t worth it! But if you include that Express pass then this package is not that expensive for a carefree day at a theme park and no where near the cost of a Disney VIP day! Thanks for watching!
This is something I need to do when I go back to FL.. do the VIP experience. I'm considering it when we go to Universal Studios this year.. thanks for the 411! I need the line cutting and the free food, you guys look like you had so much fun!!!
We have done a VIP Christmas tour in FL, but haven’t seen any other tours in FL. Let me know if you find another tour when you go! But this Hollywood tour was awesome! Thanks for watching!
Whoa what a neat experience to be VIPs for a day! Neat to see the VIP lounge and lots of comfy seats! Those croissant sandwiches look really good! I really want to visit Super Mario land! SO cool. Oh no the ride shut down :( So funny that the mummy ride is different than Orlando, I loved hearing your laughter haha! Greg wants to see the Waterworld show haha. Nice the guide makes lunch reservations for you. The secret life of pets ride looks so fun too! Great video as always :)

At that Price, it certainly is an indulgence. The Buffet looked great. How annoying that The Mario cart broke down. Loved the Mummy Ride in L.A. I missed all the Harry Potter world when we visited Universal Studios as it was still being completed. You finally got to do the Mario cart ride. C/mon the Movie Waterworld is awesome. The Backlot tour was awesome. Especially that you were able to walk around. Great tour, thank you for taking us along. I remember all the different passes when we visited Universal and decided that that V.I.P. Pass for us was a little too expensive. However we did take that Pass that allowed us to skip the cues. The pass to skip the line is so nice! We loved our carefree day, but definitely can’t pay that much every time! You guys would love the Harry Potter area and the Mario Land was really well done too! We appreciate you guys watching!
I've always wondered if the VIP experience was worth it and have looked at it HARD. Valet parking and breakfast is a great start. The VIP lounge looks great. If there is a ride you don't want to ride, can you just wait for the rest of the tour members? Lunch looked nice and getting on the rides with no wait is amazing. We both love that studio backlot tour. Watching this made me want to go back to Universal Hollywood! And...maybe I should prepare Steve for the cost...but I want to do VIP! (I'll blame you all!). Great share!
We had several people skip rides, no big deal just wait with the VIP guide. 😂 you can blame us, it really was a carefree day and that’s hard to say at a theme park! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the informative video! Do you get front of the line with the VIP before and after the guided tour when you are on your own with no guide? With no early access, were you in the VIP lounge from 7-9am or did they let you enter the park and you just couldn't do rides?
Yes, you get VIP (front of the line access) all day with or without a guide. We could walk around the upper lot, but no rides were open. Have a great time!
Great video guys! OK first of all, when you said to hit that like button (which of course we did) the thumbs up and thumbs down area below your video actually lit up around the perimeter in rainbow colors... how did you get it to do that? At 2:27 it looked like one of Rugged Mountain Mister's stuffed puppies was in the pile of stuffed animals! Hahaha I know a thing or tow about getting sick on rides too... its just old age. I think the 3D rides would get me too. I can't stand to wear the 3D goggles or VR or stuff like that. Gives me a headache SO quick! My kiddos would go nuts for the Mario area! They play on their Nintendo Switch all the time!
I have no idea how everything lit up, but that’s awesome! 😂 I’m glad his stuffie wasn’t in that pile with the blood, oh HHN! Those 3 D rides are so hard, the older I get the more I notice it for sure!
The Nintendo World was incredible, your kids would go crazy for it!

Thanks so much for the info! We are taking our boys (ages 14, 12, and 12 years) who love movies for the first time. Do you think it would be overkill to do the VIP experience for our first day, then one more day of unlimited express + early entry? Does the park have enough to offer for that?
You could spend a lot more time in Super Nintendo World and Wizarding World for sure. So as long as they are interested in those two places two days would be great, the VIP tour will help you see the what you would want to go do again too! Have so much fun! I’m glad we could help you!
You guys are celebrities to me. VIP pass seems so cool. Glad they figured out your issue. Didn’t know this existed. We are going and Rosalie only talks about the Mario section. We are going this summer. I haven’t gone here since I was a kid. Loved the coaster cam. VIP VIP VIP

Yeah, the motion simulator rides at Universal tend to be motion sickness rides for me as well. And I also will never watch the Waterworld movie again. The VIP Experience seems awesome, as it should be at this price. Your video really makes me want to see Universal Hollywood. We have been to Disneyland but didn't travel up to LA to check out Universal. We definitely should though. Thanks for sharing this experience with us!

Def worth it. Already booked a trip for my son’s bday in Sept. One question, can you clarify the Mario World lower lot early access? That’s an add on? Great video, keep em coming.
Have so much fun! If you want early access to Super Nintendo World then you have to pay extra on top of the VIP tour. You get in an hour early prior to the park opening with the early entry ticket.

How was the V.I.P experience pass for this year because I wanna do it and I want to really want to do it and hopefully I would just have a good time and I was wondering what the price is for the V.I.P experience pass and I want the VIP pass card and it looks awesome and I want to have my first VIP experience pass and does it depend on what appointment you book for the VIP membership and I wanna skip the line so I wanna do the VIP membership so like what’s the price this year? because I wanna do it and so what’s the price for it plus I wanna try the food over their too and I wanna get to the buffet to get some good snacks and lunch at the Universal Studios Hollywood and I want to do the VIP tour and have the VIP pass

May i ask you a question? i would like to go to the universal hollywood studio and have unlimited acces to all rides, and i can see that i can have it only if i book vip passes, becaouse with another vip passes there are only one access to the each ride.. so my question is, my goal is riding as much as possible with priority line. I dont understand how much time you spend with the vip tour? when i am ready with vip tour and i can walk in the park on my own? how long does the tour takes? and when do i have acces as vip tour? thank you very much for helping me to understand
@@marynamagdych5136 Hi! The VIP tour was most of the day, we only had one hour at the end to do what we wanted to do, however Universal did close early due to Horror night, so you may have longer depending when the park closes. However, You could leave the VIP tour at anytime. Have a great trip!

Nice video. We are doing the VIP tour next week at 8:30 am. From your experience, do you think that we can have plenty of time before our tour to enjoy Mario land part at 7:00 am
Yes, go get your VIP lanyard so you can go in the VIP entrance and then go straight to the ride and you should be good, as long as it doesn’t break down!!! Have so much fun, you are going to love your VIP tour!
Just making sure is that when the park opens or is that for early entry, which is a separate ticket? We got stuck because we thought early entry was included initially.

How long is the backlot tour portion?
It was about 2 to 2 and half hours long.
Thank you. We’re going when the park closes at 6pm. I don’t know if I should spend a large portion of the day on the backlot
@@sbarker55 What tour are you doing? that sounds awesome to go after the park closes. We did a VIP Christmas tour after the park closed once and we loved it!
@@FLACKFAM it’s the VIP tour. We’re going at 11:30am I just want to make sure there’s enough time to see and experience everything. It doesn’t seem like the VIP backlot is really different from general admission
@@sbarker55 The backlot was really different, you get to go in a sound stage, prop house, and walk around the area where they have the Back to the Future clock house!
You will skip a few things in the VIP tour, but if it’s really important to you then tell your guide and they’ll try and fit it in. Ave fun at Universal!
