Wait... why WOULDN'T Ezreal be able to have blade of the ruined king? He literally excavated a gauntlet that belonged to a literal Shuriman god-king and escaped its tomb completely unharmed. His entire character is about stealing important relics and escaping near-death experiences.

Just because Poros are native to Freljord does not mean that they are stuck there and can't be anywhere else. People could have easily taken them to other lands. Especially a place like Piltover with aristocrats and more then likely spoiled brats that heard about those really cute fluffy animals and screamed at their rich as fuck parents to get them some.
I would say it still makes sense for Ekko to be wanted. He and Warwick might be wanted from Piltover. I'd say Ekko could be wanted to for 2 reasons. The first is in his story Jayce wants him as an apprentice. The second reason is his bat/sword is actually stolen from one of the clock arms of a famous Piltover clock tower.

Kinda like in actual League how people just pick whatever character is good at the time and never give a flying f#@k about their character. League's cast is really well-designed (except a few, but that's just up to opinion) and the lore is really worth reading if you like fantasy novels. I could never get invested in a game with terrible character design and no lore. It has to have one or the other, preferably both.

It can also be programmed to play music by passing current of different frequency. I was making one 3 years ago.

Poros are actually canonicly part of Piltover. Blitzcrank helps a lost Poro, who is part of a circus show in piltover, back to his show.
