I recently looked at the full art you can see the hunter's ship and behind the boat part it looks like a normal sea monster.
Also he had the dreg dredgers a bit backwards, they aren't scrounging broken stuff, its just whatever they try to use is pretty much broken the moment they touch it, kinda matching their play effect
Kench already has lines in the game, whereas pyke the developers said in a tweet about what champs their adding, they hinted towards him. Illaoi and graves I have no idea tho
Maybe they need to explore more of the depths portion of Bilgewater first before Pyke, because it seems related with the shadow isles AND the void. Also could be something entirely singular.
Thing is RIOT is keeping the balance between regions, giving each region the same number of champions. So they added what are (at least in my opinion) top 5 most iconic champions from Bilgewaters. I believe in the next expansion they will add one more champion from each region.

The petty officer is a part of Gankplanks crew. He didn't have to make him angry to see the anger in his eyes. He has the green tattoos like the rest of GPs crew. Thats why he has the bombs, he didn't steal them. And he summons barrels in game which is pretty much a Gankplank thing. Also the Dreadways front looks like it's designed after the bearded serpents like GPs shoulder pad. It may not have the accurate ammount of eyes but the beard decorations really remind me of them

Here is a list of all the things I belive you have overlooked or missunderstood or got wrong. Take in mind I am no expert myself so I have no idea if my acusations are right but maby they are something to think about. 1.The text of Dreg Dregers is telling us the complete oposite of what you are saying. They trash good seaworthy gear. It literally says so in the text. 2.The Jegget Taskmaster is the one on Gangplanks card. 3.The Yordel in Petty Officer is one of Gangplanks Crewmembers. He has the same Tatoos on his face (you should pay more attention to those) and also the hoocked wappons wich kinda seem to be a brand of Gangplanks crew since they don't seem to appear anywhere else also he has the mawhawk style of hair wich is seen on gangplaks other crewmembers but that could just be a cuincidence. The petty Officer is probably the one that was hiding inside the barrel and is trying to get out of there. It can very well be that Gangplank send out one of his crewmembers to hunt and kill him...after all why should that man be inside a barrel? Also we don't actually know who the officer is so it could be anyone in the artwork and saying that that Yordel is obviously not a member of Gangplanks crew only because the barrels have not the mark of the Dreadway and therefore are probably not from Gangplanks ship is a bit of an overstatement. They could be anywhere and we don't know what this scene actually is about. 4.The brash gambler has the same type of hat than twisted fate and a pink cart on it so it is obvious she knows him and even could be related to him. 5.Riptide Rex has also a hooked wappon, the mawhawk hair style and moast important of all the face tatoos wich could actually indicate that they are part of Gangplanks crew. Not only the Yordel but also the shark creaturw has those face tatoos.
Riptide Rex is allied with Gangplank. When you play the game, Riptide spawns 7 spells that fire cannonballs at enemies and the nexus. The interesting thing is that the images for the spells clearly show gangplank Yelling Fire to the Rex, clearly showing the Riptide Rex is allied with the Dreadway.
Pyke dives into the creatures mouthes with a line around him so he can be dragged out when finished harvesting. The last time he dived to harvest the creature got too close to the ship and they severed the line keeping him safe and he got swallowed. Infused with anger and thirst for revenge he got brought back to life by something we don’t know and seeks to kill everyone who wronged him (he’s got a list)
The Jagged Hooks was one of the factions GP had under him before being blown up by MF. They carried big hooks and worked the slaughter docks. The Pool Shark is someone who cheats others of their gold. He let's them win for a bit before cheating with the ball animal. The Jaull Huntere are seen again in the Shadow Isles card Terror of the Tides. The Yordle Grifter is the same character getting robbed by the Navori Highwayman Pretty sure most of the sea creatures are closer to spirits than Vastaya.
The yordle on 18:20 is maybe boarding other ship, so the barrels wont have GPs logo but he has GPs mark on his bomb, so maybe he is with GP just boarding other ships

I know this probably isn’t the best source of cannon. But as a part of the rising tides launch Riot did a D&D thing with D&D beyond. In that they had stats for the abyssal eye and it was an aberration, which is the closing thing D&D has to a voidborn.
also, I think the powder monkeys are what gives MF her seemingly infinite bullets without the need to reload because they reload her guns for her, like in the new cinematic (though I don't think I spotted the little dudes anywhere there)
You should check the cards voice lines because if you did you would know that the petty officer is part of Gangplank's crew but also the one that does the hiring.

The Petty Officer is part of Gangplank's crew. In Gangplank's card where the Petty Officer is talking about him, the Petty Officer refers to Gangplank as "Boss." The bad thing that happened to Gangplank involves Bilgewater as a whole and that's why Gangplank has it out for the whole region.
According to the description in Gangplanks second form in panish, the Petty officer is actually part of Gangplank's crew. The revenge he is talking about is against Bilgewater in general. At least thats what I can understand from the Spanish description.
I would say with the pool shark, the pool shark uses the alive ball to shark the opponents. So i would say its the person on the card, and the alive ball is its pet.

If you listen through the Bilgewater audiobooks closely, you will notice that Nautilus' captain actually did pay the Tithe! But Fizz fished it out of the water, because he thought that he dropped it on accident. It was brought back to him when the voyage was over.
I love how gangplank is forced to eat oranges because people use to die from a lack of vitamin C when being on the ocean for too long, so the fact that there is a citrus courier on every ship (theory). It all makes sense and gives lore to gangplank W
