The Caribbean needs to work on a self-sufficiency plan for the whole of the Caribbean. You have Caribbean nationals who can do some of this work. They are based in the Caribbean and the diaspora but they are not given access to bid for the work.
You have black people and black businesses in the diaspora and the Caribbean that would invest in the Caribbean but they are not given access to investment opportunities.
Young people & Young Entrepreneurs want to relocate to the Caribbean from Europe and America but the Commissions are not giving them information of how to relocate. There are no Diaspora, relocation or business desks in the High Commissions. a lot of the Afrikan embassies and missions have diaspora desks.
Excellent planning Initiative for the what has to be done for Caricom Countries developmental Future we are going to continue to expect huge Economic changes for the future and must be prepared for these changes
