eh, i don't know man, boards are pretty straight forward. you may fantastic at your job and have been throughout your entire military career but nothing about your presence exudes confidence or officer material. the fact you sent that text immediately after AND to the wrong person demonstrates that. work on public speaking -you stutter and stammer a lot and use a lot of space fillers e.g. "ummm". speak with authority and be consistent. good luck. . i'm rooting for you😁
