    I have little swelling..i am improving. Pain reduced very much. It's been 1 year.

    I am doing these exercises but with popping (pain free popping) , is that a bad sign?

      Popping is not always a bad sign, I would check with your doctor though to be sure!

    May I contact you per mail, I stopped my career to play the piano and now I am fallen on the wrist in August and I have a suspected TFCC problem but I really want to avoid an op, I am completely desesperated...
