Kensington heard that and decided as real friends of Di-rect to ask them to do this collab. This part of the concert is called 'Heldenblok'. In english it means 'tribute to our heros'. About 80% of the performances of this concert are collabs or duets.
Every year there’s a 12 day during concert in the Ahoy concerthall in Rotterdam that’s called “Vrienden van Amstel Live” (Friends of Amstel Live (Amstel = beer brand)), where the top of Dutch artists entertain 160.000 people.

I didn't listen to Di-rect but I am a huge Kensington fan (the one with the lead-singer wearing a beanie and with a more raspy voice). They are great live, all their shows are highly entertaining. There are 5 albums to choose from, their latest called "Time" was launched recently (Nov 2019) and they were supposed to start the promo tour across more countries but then the pandemic happened. Sigh, I still have my tickets, holding on to them for next year. They are a bit more known in Europe since they play different festivals. Both bands are huge in their home country. This show here had the extra difficulty of having both bands in full on stage, they had to synchronize perfectly. I grew up with the bands they covered and singing Blur after Oasis made me smile a bit :) I can't help with more info on this show, I am not dutch. Just know from what I read in other comments. Apparently both bands got together before the show to discuss what are they going to do and they chose this medley of songs that remind them of the music they grew up with. Great reaction. And yes, you should definately find Kensington. A lot of people already have pointed out what this show is about. It is an anual show, in wintertime each year. It started very small as a television program recorded in the pub Vrienden van Amstel in Amsterdam. It was an idea of Barry Hay (singer of Golden Earring) to bring Dutch rockartists together in a pub (café) and just make music together. After a few years, they decided to make a new year show, but De Vrienden van Amstel was way to small to host such a show and they moved to Ahoy in Rotterdam with beerbrand Amstel as sponsor. It is a 12 day event, where every rockgroup wants to be. Doing what they love. Make music together and entertain the audiance.

She also does numerous artists and genres.
