You can give tips to people, but they have to do it them selfs. My tip is recognise you have a problem, don't run from it. Work on it, with or without help. Improve your health! I started to walk and bike more. Much more! I biked everyday to work and back. Almost every weekend I went walking alone or with friends. I walked Pieter pad from north to south of The Netherlands and the Camino Santiago de Compostela from Pamplona to Santiago. Traveled by bike from The Netherlands to Spain and two years later to the West coast of Ireland. Meeting people from all over the world! Went to Mexico, had my restaurant with my mex-ex-girlfriend and was a english teacher all in 4 1/2 years. The first half year I was very emotional, but something started to change for the good. Now I got a daughter with my girlfriend from Nicaragua and now planning to live with them in Costa Rica. Life is to beautiful to waste! Live it to the fullest! 🤗🇳🇱🌷🌷🌷

It should be analysed and understood without prejudice, and this also applies to people who listen to rap or hip pop and think that classical music is boring (ladies and gentlemen, Mozart or Chopin or Verdi, for example, wrote pieces so full of beauty that they leave you breathless). The same applies to people who only listen to classical music and think that the rest of music is worthless.

Which is at the same time beautiful, but also quite stupid if you listen to the lyrics, which clearly have nothing to do with corona but everything with depression etc.
