How Does Muscle Grow (Animation)

- Lifting weights causes your body to transform as a result of small muscular tears, which can cause discomfort while the muscle repairs and rebuilds. Intense lifting causes tiny tears to occur in muscle fibers and connective tissue. With adequate rest and nutrition, the muscles gradually regenerate over the next several days, but complete recovery might take a week or more. Muscle growth, strength, and capacity all increase when the body rebuilds its muscles. #Shorts

Wow the animations have nothing to do with muscle growth.
😂🤣😂🤣😂
Neither has the explanation. Muscles tears are not the reason muscles grow
@@hijo1998 micro tears cause growth
@@bonzo2778 look it up, this idea is outdated and it's not really a thing. Idk if it has some minor aspect but it's definitely not what causes 99% of muscle growth. Muscles have sensors for mechanical tension. Otherwise Cardio for example would be really great for muscle growth as you can get plenty of muscle fiber damage by running etc

Muscle: completely rips
HAHAHA

Its like Jojo all over again..
😂😂😂
Nahh broo,... he is asking how does muscles grow
Bro ripped his whole muscle 💀
LMAO
No pain no gain🤑🤑🤑
@@kiyo211 NOO LMAO-
That’s how you know it’s working 💀
Maximum efficiency. Manual tears
Those muscle tears are huge tears
Literal tearing/rolling off the bone...
Literal tendon tears "tiny tears"
Scary
It's a literal tendon being torn from the bone. "Discomfort" doesn't cut it.
@hellboy tis but a scratch
The guy: How mucle grows
The video: Rotator cuff tear
💯💯💯💯
Audio: *Talking about muscle growth and regeneration of microfissures*
Video: *Showing tendonitis and a straight up torn tendon*
Tendinopathy, not tendonitis
Latest research shows that muscle growth doesn’t come from muscle damage / tears. It comes from mechanical tension
Mechanical tension happen before hypertrophy you still have to tear your muscle to get stronger
@@jacobmulligan3832 But it means that just damaging your muscle doesn't mean growth
You’re the only person in this comment section who ACTUALLY knows how muscular hypertrophy works
@@jacobmulligan3832 Mechanical tension necessarily causes muscle tear? I don't believe you
So many people still believe the research from the 90’s about muscle damage for some reason. Mechanical tension causes myofilaments in sarcomeres to multiply which eventually ends up in the muscles being bigger and stronger.
Muscle damage on the other hand can work against hypertrophy.
Pro tip : use knife or similar object to create a massive tear on the muscle to get a massive gain
Giga gains💪
And take *1g of Uranium for ULTIME GAIN💪💪*
Amature move, real Sigmas tear their muscles with chainsaws daily
I rip the whole muscle out of me to maximize gains
“Tiny tears”. These animations resemble complete ruptures.
Bro took no pain no gain to the next level
well my right pec gets smaller and smaller I think I have a pec tear, but no discoloration
Give urself good rest and nutrition
eat enough protein
Rest.
This happened to me too along with the rest of the left side of my body... Been two years of extra struggle but its rebuilding now.

It turns out going to gym = having your muscles completely severed like in a Saw movie
Lol bro I'm literally crying w all ur comments😂 but this one is the #1💀
Who ever animated this has never been to the gym.
Again shout out to cameraman
"No pain no gain"
Ah yes I had this kind of muscle growth before, had to go to the hospital it was a good sesh !
Seems like most youtube shorts are made by computers
RUclips is run by bots.
It's TRUE. Computers make videos without human participation and some goofball rakes in the ad revenue. YOU TUBE slowly heads for disaster.
if my muscles break like that when i work out, then starting from tomorrow i'm doing cardio
The only thing that has anything to do with muscle growth, was the fact that he was lifting weights in the animation, but not the fucking joints and ligaments torns
Damn he completely severed his shoulder muscle lol. That's gonna be a six week minimum recovery
After seeing this muscle tear video I'm literally in tears 😭
This is a good example of why progress doesn't happen overnight. You wouldn't expect an injury to heal overnight, so don't expect a transformation overnight.
so, you are telling me if I work out nonstop, I will not move again
How hard I tried to match his words with the animation
i'm in the gym, and youtube send me this video with no reason
bro, this a different kinda growth, this whole ass lizard
That’s probably why I look muscular after taking a couple weeks off from working out.
I'd say this guy's recovery will most definitey take a week or more
so running a marathon will get me huge legs? Spoiler no.
Makes totally sense, small disruption to the muscle and giving a break helps it to react and increase the need to grow
Show me how the muscle grows, without showing me how the muscle grows.
"Small muscular tears" but the animation shows the muscle literally tearing from the bone
I love that you’re using chronic tendonosis animations to explain muscular growth.
That's the secret. Start tearing your ligaments.
This video has nothing to do with hypertrophic recovery. It's clearly a recycled video for tendon detachment or tears.
rip to this guy's shoulder
And that gentlemen, is why it's called getting ripped
"small muscle tears"
Literally an injury that would take months to years just to fully recover💀
You're not supposed to rip your muscle off the bone though
You grow muscle by tearing your rotator cuff. Ok noted.
Bro the cut is so perfect that I didn't know it already replayed
Title should be How Does Muscle Tear. Dude pulled like 4 muscles in the animation
This means that people need to rest and don’t train every single muscle group every day🗿mfs are doing push ups every day and thinking it’s good but tricep and chest needs 72 hours of rest
@@James73059 what bozo💀
@@James73059 💀wdym pull ups are far more effective both push ups and pull ups are training different part of muscle and no that’s bullshit nobody can train everyday lol
@@James73059 sorry to break it to ya bro but u got much better physique🗿you can’t do push ups everyday nobodys doing that even pro boxers, bodybuilders and powerlifters trains 6 times a week, and they are doing different part of muscle every day, you can’t do tricep and Chest for straight 7 days because that’s what Push ups targets💀
@@James73059 💀you don’t understand muscle growth, doing 20 push ups everyday is easy for start but even in 1 month, you will feel pain in your chest, in ur triceps, as i look at everything you said i’ll confirm that you have never trained properly, reaching your limits and doing push ups until failure for 1 month (with 72 Hours rest) will give you much better results that doing 20 push ups for whole fucking year, while you push your limits your muscle will need to regenerate which needs FUCKING rest, and it doesn’t only regenerates it addes more muscle aswell, you have decent body as i look at your pfp but trust me the reason you don’t have better physique is that you don’t rest, your muscles are grown in 24 hours rest and if you could rest more you will see your chest growth, tricep growth, overall strenght growth and everything, do the fucking search in everywhere muscle can’t grow properly without rest, and you don’t have to do push ups every day if you don’t want to be lazy🗿you can hit legs some day doing squats and shit, then fill bag with water bottles, books, etc and hit biceps and back, you can hit shoulders as well forearms, abs which is one of the most important thing in boxing and you can do lots of thing there is not only push ups, but whatever you do, just do it with some fucking REST, it’s just as simple as that fam.
No. Muscles growing from small tears was an old theory that has never been proven. The most likely cause is that the muscles sense mechanical tension on the fibers and grow in response.
Oh god that’s literally a tear
Video: "How muscle grows"
My dumbass brain reading:

bro teared his entire muscle for the optimal muscle hypertrophy
You should've animated how the damaged cells go through hypertrophy after withstanding the stress.

The animation had me in the first half
Mom I clicked a video with a title "How muscles grow" but instead it showed me how muscles tear 😂😂😂

**shows muscle tearing**
This explains why I feel stronger when I come back to the gym after a week break.

That was the most unsettling thing ever
How do in know if i have a pec tear?
My right bicep is a bit bigger, it isn’t noticble at a quick glance, but if i were to flex my biceps, you would probably notice it
That's normal muscle imbalance, you can fix that with unilateral training. You'll definitely feel and see when your muscle tears
Here is an example: ruclips.net/video/3NLMjbjvEMc/видео.html
The pecs are the chest muscles not the bicpes
