I purchased the ICE 2020 version of the TNGA Corolla SE Sedan in late 2019 & it turned out to be the most problematic/defective vehicle that I have owned in 40 years, over 10 new Honda & Toyota vehicles during that time. Toyota doesn't build them like they used to, if my vehicle was any indication of their current quality controls & commitment to quality. Purchased my first Mazda in early 2022 to replace it & have had zero issues/problems with that vehicle over these last 26-27 months. So, roll the dice I guess, no matter what you buy.

Thanks, good summary. US buyers should be aware that options available and/or standard are different between the US and Canada. I own the 2024 Corolla SE Hybrid AWD and can recommend it.
