WOW Someone on YT can actually weld with a flux! I've just watched every pred go kart swap nothing but piss-poor welds so Its refreshing to see! Good work and great design.
Welds look far better than anything factory from Yerf-Dog. Peerless Gear has a series 100 differential that you might consider for a future modification.

I used the stock disc and attached it to this. most of the holes aligned up, I had to drill one or two holes in the mounting hub. just make sure the disk is perfectly centered on the hub. you may have rotate the disk to get most of the holes to match up. I use 1/4 inch nuts as spacers all around the center of the disk to keep it centered in the middle of the hub. www.gopowersports.com/1-sprocket-and-drum-mounting-hub/

Nice job
Im going to make the same thing but for my golf cart but it will have reverse. Perhaps a mass produced conversion for golf carts.
Have to have a trailer hitch
Just subscribed, your videos are very helpful. Did you use the stock hub mounts? What did you use?
