Scarlet Monastery is my absolute favorite as a rogue! There are always 2 chests in the Graveyard, 2 in Library and 1 in Armory (and 1 Weapon & Armor Crate which only contain greys), and there's Fadeleaf, Goldthorn, Khadgar's Whisker and -- of course -- Grave Moss to pick up. I have also made it a habit to always farm a Dog Whistle for Ragnaros/Huhuran as an extra soak. What makes this farm the best for me is accessibility. It takes you 2 minutes to run here from Undercity.
There are 2 problems with this farm: 1) it's random, and 2) you need a ton of bag space. I have 4 18 slotters, and yet I often end up deleting random stuff to fit the last pieces of junk in my inventory. You need to sort your bags before doing this, but remember to keep a stack of Flash Powder to optimize it. It takes less than 10 minutes to clear all 5 chests, and every single chest contains either a bag or greens/blues & junk. The boxes also often contain Swiftthistle!
The Scarlet Monastery grind, once fully mastered, usually takes about 40 minutes to finish before you get locked, and you'll end up pocketing about 40-60g from raw gold and vendorables, and you have a ridiculously high chance of looting some 20-29 bracket twink items, blues and rare patterns along the way. I have personally looted TONS of twink gear (Zealot Blades, River Pride Chokers, Tigerstrike Mantles, Beguiler Robes and so on), and the pattern for Star Belt and the formula for Lesser Block. You will also make a lot of money from relatively low value items in the auction house as well, as you will be looting Wild Steelbloom, Heavy Leather, Iron Ore, Heavy Stone and the likes from these chests all the time.
Whenever I do this farm, I end up vendoring at the fishing vendor in Tirisfal Glades. I always grab a recipe for Slitherskin Mackerel while I vendor, as it is only sold in Durotar and Tirisfal Glades and they also tend to sell for ~50s each in the AH. You can also visit Brill and buy the recipe for Crispy Bat Wings which are sold there exclusively. Sometimes I feel the need to venture into the Plaguelands after finishing this farm, and the Argent Dawn vendor offers a repair service and Blessed Sunfruit which is great to always have with you.
BRD is also a great farm, but I tend to take too many risks and usually end up dying which costs a lot of money and time. I also do not wish to repick my talents to optimize this farm. I still do this every now and then, and I have a fairly decent system for it. Just like in SM, you will need a lot of bag space. I have decent gear, so the way I do it might not be possible for fresh rogues, but I'll shortly go through what I do here whenever I choose to farm Blackrock Depths.
I start off stealthing towards Houndmaster Grebmar. Pick all pockets along the way, and then blast this boss and his dogs down with Blade Flurry. I skip Lord Roccor, because his drops are usually worth less, and I don't wish to wait for my cooldowns to refresh.
Then I continue my way to the East Garrison Door. I open this, pick all the pockets along the way and make my way towards Pyromancer Loregrain. Sap 1 add and kill the boss and his buddy with a Blade Flurry, and then finish off the sapped henchman.
After having orchestrated the untimely demise of mr. Loregrain, I pick the pockets of the other side of the arena and start heading for the relic coffers. By the time I reach the coffer room, all my cooldowns are refreshed and I can take down Verek and Warder Stilgiss. Focus on the dog first, and smack them down. Improved Sprint helps with the dwarf, as you can remove his Frost Nova with it.
Once the warder and his hound are dead, you need 12 keys to open all the coffers. Open them, but you do NOT want to open the sacks of gems until you're ready to deal with the contents. They take a lot of bag space. When you open the last door, don't start looting the box right away, but instead just walk into the very corner of the room and wait until all the big golems start running towards you. When they target you, Vanish and loot the last box.
After this stealthy affair, I jump down to where Lord Incendius is and start heading backwards to the big gate. I pick all the pockets in this corridor, and then enter through the East Garrison Door once again. I now toggle the Shadowforge Lock and continue my way towards the bar. I keep picking all the pockets along the way, and by this point, my bag space should be in critical condition. Picking all the gnomes usually fills me up to the brim, and I cross the bridge to the bar with full bags.
I then vendor all the crap I looted along the way, and then proceed to pick the pockets of all the bar patrons. Once this last round of thievery is finished, I lock my gaze upon the juicy booty of sir Plugger Spazzring. I promptly erase him from existence and vendor again, but this time to Lokthos. Sometimes I pick the Plugger's pockets for the key as well, and I also used to kill Ribbly Screwspigot and his goons for the 16 slot bag he drops, but since it's unique and I already got mine, I leave the poor goblin alone. While you're in this room, make sure you open all your Sacks of Gems and vendor the crap you get. I only keep Jade/Aquamarine/Moss Agate, since I use those myself.
Once this is done, I just wait for the Grim Guzzler Door to open, and I exit by jumping down to Lord Incendius' platform and head out. I'll pick all the pockets along the way again, as they should be pickable again at this point. I finally head out and repeat the cycle. I always carry either 12, 24 or 36 keys with me when I'm doing this, since I get bored quite quickly. Sometimes I just do the coffers + Stilgiss/Verek and bring 60 keys with me, as 60 meets the 5 resets/hour cap.

And finally I would like to offer you some criticism:
      1. The Temple of Atal'Hakkar is an unrealistic and unnecessary farm.
First of all the "of Nature Resistance" variations of these items have a SUPER low chance of proccing. If we look at classic.wowhead data (which is reliable), we'll see that each item has a 0.1-0.4% chance of having Nature Resistance. Then we look at the chances of a single boss dropping any random piece and we find out it's about 30%. Adding all this data up shows you clearly that you will have to do hundreds -- if not thousands -- of runs to get one specific NR piece.
Now the revelations above are already a crushing blow to this farm, but when we go on to compare these pieces to alternatives you can obtain easily, you'll notice these items tend to fall short. The only items you yourself can use are the leggings, shoulders and gloves. The leggings would grant you +22-23 Nature Resistance, but you can easily obtain Cenarion Reservist's Leggings which offer more resistance and extra stamina and attack power to boot. The gloves would grant you +19-20 Nature Resistance and +9 spell damage which is next to useless (affects Dragonbreath Chili, weapon oils and some weapon procs, but is negligible), but you can reliably solo farm the Stonebark Gloves from the western part of Dire Maul to get a pair with agility and stamina as well as +16 Nature Resistance. The shoulders are interesting as they do provide +19-20 resistance like the gloves, making them the highest value shoulders for leather wearers outside of world boss drops, but since you can easily farm the Phytoskin Spaulders from Maraudon which have superior offensive stats, it would make absolutely no sense to spend tens of hours to farm these shoulders -- or any of the other items for that matter.
There is, however, a noteworthy solo ST farm for rogues which no one seems to know about... The Flask of Big Mojo & Formula: Enchant Cloak - Greater Resistance farm!
The Atal'ai Witch Doctors can drop the formula, and all the trolls inside (and outside) the dungeon can drop Mojo. The mojo sells for 3-4g per item in my server, and the reason it sells is because they're needed for Logistics Badges in Silithus. Tons and tons of players are farming for Earthstrike and Rockfury Bracers (and some other stuff), and the market for mojos is quite lively. You'll be killing about 2 trolls per minute, and each troll has a 12-13% chance of dropping a Flask. This means you'll be looting about 15 mojos an hour making you about 50-60g/hr from the mojo alone. On top of this, you'll be getting about 12 silvers per mob (Pick Pocket included) which nets you about 14 extra gold from raw silver. You will also loot about 4 stacks of Mageweave Cloth every hour, which is worth another 7g auctioned as is, or more if you turn it into bombs. The elites also seem to have an elevated chance of dropping grey weapons.
The biggest danger in this farm is the spell Hex. The witch doctors can do an unbreakable polymorph which lasts 10 seconds, and this will easily be a one-way ticket to the grave. The way you fight this is by opening every fight with a Sap (and preferably Blind to a secondary target), and then backtracking to a safe distance to kill the melee mobs.
As a geared rogue you can also weave in Jammal'an/Ogom and dragon boss kills. Each of these bosses still requires you to use all your cooldowns, so there is a limit to how effectively these bosses can be killed as a part of this farm. If you're a skinner, skinning the dragon bosses is worthwhile, as they yield multiple scales and leather pieces per corpse.
In my experience, the formula/flask farm nets at least a 100 gold per hour when done correctly. It can even be a consistent 150g+/hr farm if you have good enough gear, skill and the right professions (skinning/[dis]enchanting). You should grab yourself some cheap consumables to expediate the farm. I recommend Elixirs of Greater Agility (mats are about 60s/potion in my server), Juju Escapes (10-20s/E'ko in my server), Superior/Major Healing Potions (picked from pockets), Nature Protection Potions (~40s/potion) and Magic Resistance Potions (~40s/potion).
      2. You mentioned the chests in Uldaman are in the level range for epic drops. While the level range is indeed correct, it is not possible to loot epic items from standard chests. There are a few epics that can be obtained from within lockboxes, but none from actual chests (unless you count the high level patterns for Titanic Leggings and Lionheart Helm!).
      3. You missed some major rogue farms here!
      - DM:E is farmed by all classes, but there are some rogue-specific tricks you can do here. Tons of herb/mine nodes, chests, tubers and even some bosses you can solo with minor preparation (Pusillin, Lethtendris and Pimgib).
      - Lower Blackrock Spire has soloable chests, loads of pockets to pick, Greater Fire Protection/Robes of the Archmage patterns, some soloable bosses (mainly Ghok Bashguud, Spirestone Butcher, Bannok Grimaxe and Burning Felguards who may not be worth the trouble), Huge Venom Sacs/Ironweb Spider Silk, T0 belts/bracers/gloves.
      - The Stockade is an exceptionally handy farm for alliance rogues who are too bored or busy to leave the city. Each reset has 2 chests, and these chests have a high chance of containing level 19 twink items as they're in the perfect level range. You can pick all the pockets along the way and then loot the chests, and you should be making tons of cash. The chests often contain Blood Rings, Keller's Girdles, Feet of the Lynx, Sentry Cloaks, Wrangler's Wristbands and many other sought-after items.

just go DM east do the Pusillin event solo(one time for the recipe) , and then farm herbs & kill satyrs ... youll make well over 150g per hour at the current herb prices, with little to no effort... per hour its roughly a stack of dreamfoil (80g ) stack of gromsblood ( 30g ) ( 10 ghost mushrooms ) 30g , 2 stacks of runn tum tuber ( 20g ) and that is pretty much secured.... then you get a lot of rune / felcloth and green stuff from the satyrs
