Very comprehensive coverage of this hotel. Excellent video. And the extra information at the end also extremely useful. Your advice regarding realistic category upgrades for each hotel very helpful for planning. For sure there are variables such as Status level, regular Stays if any, rate paid, season, and perhaps record of previous incidental spending if recorded.

I know the team really do try and be generous with upgrades due to no lounge. I would say being Platinum or above they’ll always do the best they can. For Gold generally if available that one level upgrade will be accommodated.
