4/29/24 Edit: I go for scan next week on 5/6/24 to see if treatment is working. Wish me luck.
5/10/24 Edit: Scans we're stable. Treatments are having mixed reactions with some cancer dying, some remaining the same, and some growing slightly in size. They want to continue treatment for another 9 weeks followed by another scan in July. If there are more signs of progression treatment will be switched. I'm feeling fine for the most part, no symptoms to note.

This band gets, I think some undeserved criticism… Not one of my favorite bands, but man, you have to envy anybody who can put together a string of hits. It’s hard enough to get one but multiple hits forget it …..kudos to these guys.

Back in 2005 I used to resonate with this song soooo much after moving from states at the age of 15 and having to start all over again; make new friends, find my “click” yet always remembering all my friends I grew up with since I was 4-5 years old and how I’m not going to experience a lot of things with them that we would talk about..
It is now 2024, not only can I still relate to my previous experience of moving states, but I can also relate to it with my relationship with my husband. What I thought would be, will never be. All the promises he gave me, never fulfilled.

This song really hits you differently when you get older. I remember listening to this song when I was young, and just thought it sounded nice. Now, I can relate to it on a personal level, and it fills me with a nostalgia that I haven't felt in a long while.
I know exactly how you feel when I was little this was just my go to song to listen to but now that I'm almost an adult I can relate to this song in almost everyway possible.

I live in the UK and It was my last year before going far away to Uni, in the span of 24 hours lock down happened and what was going to be a normal Friday or revising turned out to be the last day I would be there as a student. This song sums up how I feel about my ceremonial departure and the faces I may never see again and the community of amazing people that will never be in the same place again in the history of the universe.
