    Sir, thank you so much. I have had a pinched nerve on my right side for the past couple days. Was miserable on a 16 hour flight. Some ibuprofen helped considerably, but the pain and discomfort was still there. This video was posted 1 day ago and i just did the first stretch and got some relief. Thank you so much.

    Thanks a ton Doctor for such a quick fix and relief. I have been suffering from lower back issue( L4 and 5). Lately for almost one year I have been experiencing numbness on my left hip causing discomfort while sitting. The frequency of getting injured is increasing and greatly hampering my personal as well as professional life. More advices would be so helpful...

    Very good, I have nerve pain from L5 down my left leg and in the buttocks area as well as the hip, all on the left. This helps and I was also wondering if you could create another video like this with different stretches or other ways of relieving pain for this problem:) xoxo much love ty Dr.

    Excellent. Grabbing the leg in the number 4 configuration n pulling it up, leaning it to the opposite side really stretched n opened my hip muscles. It releaved my hip pain! Thank you!!

    Been increasing my steps for a few months now and the hip that I thought was doing fine is now starting to hurt again. I know it’s nerve pain because it doesn’t respond to things you’d do for a pulled or tight muscle.
    The wall stretch did exactly what you said it’d do to release some of that pain. Thanks so much for doing these videos! I appreciate the help :)

      Do you think it was as a result of increased steps? I have it for the second time in my life now and both times have come off the back of more than average steps

    That number 4 trick is great. I have been having hip pains that go down my leg and foot for a few weeks and this stretch really relieves the pain from the lower area back into the hip.

    I injured my piriformis about thirty yrs ago! Now in my Senior yrs the pain is intensified just from sitting for an hr! These are great exercises I learned in Physical Therapy it's way way better than SURGERY cause surgery will cripple you! 😢😢😢

    Thank you so much for sharing these helpful tips, Doctor! As a golfer, I've been struggling with a tight left neck and left arm pain recently, likely due to my practice sessions. Your video on neck pain relief has been a lifesaver, but I'm still dealing with discomfort in my left arm, especially when rotating my thumb downwards.     If you have hip pain due to bursitis, I've been told to avoid the Figure 4 stretch.

    Great stretching and strengthening exercises.
    I often feel like electric shocks in my quads and in the hip, inside the hip bone, when stretching in pose like the straddle split.

    I tried this one and it instantly relieved the pain and burning down my left leg, But, when I would release it, the pain would come back with a vengeance to the point that I almost could not stand. And walking after was close to impossible. I hope that I am doing it right. I will work the other ones to see how I do with them. Thank you for your help and guidance.

    Just aggravated the numbness and weakness in my leg and now my arm and groin are tingling and weak as well. This keeps happening with every stretch I try.

    Iev been Having this exact pain for the last two years on and off mine also goes into my groin thank you for your videos I find them really helpful you’re my go to Chiro.I would like to ask does this pain last forever as walking normally sorts it out for me, but this time walking is making it worse.     I get pain in right gluteus only many times. I have moderate scoliosis. Could that be a cause for the one-sided pain? I am very active, always stretch after activities, & do flexibility exercises.

    Hi Dr Rowe 2 weeks ago I had sciatica really bad i went and got cocodomol unfortunately i fell and broke my ankle fibia and tibia weba c i had surgery 3 days ago the thing is in my same thigh i have these painful spasms when i go to move do you think this is nerve pain? Thank-you
