    This has been killing me for 2 years straight
    I can’t even lift my arms
    Just lifting sheets in bed hurts
    I also have tendinitis and bursitis
    I’ve had injections they wear off
    My shoulder blades hurt too and back of neck and back of neck clicks
    I fell 12 feet in the fetal position

    Getting stiff could also come from a frozen shoulder. The shoulder is complex and there might be more than one cause at a time creating the symptoms.

    I have recently been diagnosed with Rotator cuff impingement and tendonitis. I've had an Ultrasound and also seen a therapist. My pain has been ongoing now since March 3rd after a Covid injection. Could this be the cause of my ongoing painfulness? I just need a good night's sleep and want the pain to go away..Can you help?

      @carollindley2058 2 года назад +1

      Hi no! l have never heard of anyone else having this problem with Rotator cuff impingement and tendonitis etc! Which was the result of my first Covid jab. Also the ultrasound scan did explain my painful sleep problems which l've been suffering now for over a year! The vaccination was given on the 3rd of March last year l've since had X- Rays etc. Also l broke three bones on the same writing arm (right) after falling over in my home. My Physio appointments didn't really help much either because after exercises l still can't lift my still painful arm up over my head. Although he was very helpful when surprisingly hearing the loud clicking noise in my arm while examining me. This is still ongoing and l have another appointment with the hospital doctor tomorrow..l don't think this will ever heal and would like some explanation of why l was given a misplaced jab which was denied by my own doctor but confirmed by my hospital doctor....

    • @carollindley2058
      @carollindley2058 2 года назад +1

      It's been two years ago now since l had my misplaced Covid injection. I was asked to have a MRI SCAN at my local hospital but refused because of my anxiety with needles. They wanted to inject a blue dye into my painful injured arm. My anxiety kicked in so l refused. They must have now discharged me from there because l haven't heard from them since.
      . After all this time l still have pain and clicking in my shoulder but haven't seen my GP either. In my opinion they aren't interested in my problem. I think l deserve some compensation for this but no nothing..

    Dear Doctor,
    I have pain in my right shoulder since last 3 months due to playing of cricket but in xray nothing seems like dislocation or fracture. Is it rotator cuff injury? And how long it take time to heal naturally. Please guide me I will be very thankful to you.

    My recent X-ray showed only a “bony island” which was interpreted as benign and not the source of my pain. I have intense pain at The acromion, deep into the divet at the space between the ac joint along with anterior, middle and posterior deltoid, and also at the insertion site to the humerus. I also have a ridiculously tight infraspinatus muscle with many deep trigger points. Personally, I believe my degenerative disc disease, facet syndrome, canal stenosis and bone spurs ravaging my Cspine are the cause, but what do I know? Asked for another MRI for Cspine and got shoulder X-ray. What do you think?

      sup bro, i saw ur comment is about a month old. Literally just yesterday I was squatting and after my first set I felt like my left arm was tingly. I ignored it and did 2 more sets only to lose more feeling in my left arm. So I stopped squats for the day. I woke up today to a little bit of pain under my left shoulder blade, i thought everything was good as i didnt have pain yesterday. have u experienced anything like this and if so how long was the recovery?

      My physical therapist said there’s a difference between pain and discomfort. Doing exercises until there’s discomfort is better than doing it until there’s pain. If it hurts, don’t do it. I started out doing pendulum exercises and Ys and Ts. I’m still not doing anything overhead except wall stretches against the wall. I stretch my lats daily also and do door stretches when my shoulder or pectoral feels tight.

    A major cause of continuous rotator cuff pain is sign of heart disease or high cholesterol. Physical therapy won’t do anything (I’ve tried), only thing that made it go away was a plant-based diet

    • @DianeScotts

      Horse shit. I got in a car wreck, and my shoulder had to be repaired a few years later after I had a fall. Go on with your plant based diet! It has NOTHING to do with your heart issues or blood lipids.

    lovely thanks for that. one question , with the impingment will this wear the tendon down and eventually lead to a tear or snap ? i think this is excatly what i have...and also wher is the bursa in relation to all this ?

    • @DianeScotts
      @DianeScotts 5 лет назад

      You have these issues then the bursa will get swollen and start filling up with fluid. I just had surgery last month for this mess.

    I have numbness and tingling down my arm and in my hand., limited range of motion, pain when I sleep on it... sometimes a sudden sharp pain if I move it by accident. I wish it would just go away.
    I have a blockage that couldn't be stented on left side of heart.( Widow make ) I developed collateral blood supply....so my cardiologist doesn't think that my heart damage and blockage are the cause. ?
    I had the same problems with my right shoulder and after 3 stents on right side of my heart it is gone.
    Which kind of Dr. should I go to?

    There is no such thing as a Rotator Cuff Tendon. The rotator Cuff is a group of 4 muscles, not one as you are all being led to believe here

    • @GhostsQueen85
      @GhostsQueen85 3 года назад

      But aren't the muscles attached to the bones via tendons? 🤦🏻‍♀️

    • @josephdemarco1469
      @josephdemarco1469 3 года назад +1

      @@GhostsQueen85 It doesn't change that "rotator cuff tendon" does not exist. That implies that there is one tendon that attaches to the humerus from the four individual muscles. There is a Supraspinatus tendon, that exists. Infraspinatus tendon, that exists. Teres Maj tendon also exists and there is even a teres minor tendon....but the point of my message was...there is no "rotator cuff tendon". Very simple stuff. 🤦🏼‍♀️👨🏼‍🦯💀
