This man exist since the age of Fire. Served under lord Gwen. Fought against the dragons. Make an oath to end the dark souls of men. Lose his sanity. Flesh, Inner organs rot way. Armor & weapons got rusted, twisted & broken. Even after all this, he didn't forget his promise to his lady. Truly a Living Legend.
You've removed all the love from it and turned a waltz into something macabre. Ingenious and admirable work, heheheha. What a surprise to be left so famished and so full...
In Gael’s third phase… When… you’re fighting him, and those sprites explode from his cape, his shoulders are shaking. Sobbing. The poor man was sobbing.
I mean, having what’s basically parasitized you and became your blood spill out violently, you’d probably be sobbing too. Plus, given how he guides us through the Dreg Heap, he had some level of respect for us, at least, and trusted *us* to he the ashes to burn Ariandel, so he trusts us with his own *neice*. So I’d say to him, this was like having what’a basically his blood and/or organs spilling out to attack someone you care about/trust
Of course he was sobbing. He was not Gael, any more. He was everyone. _The_ Dark Soul... Man's Darkness, which Gwyn feared so deeply. Gael, in that moment where you split him open and awakened the Dark Soul dormant within him, died in full, and the pent-up emotion of eras upon eras of mistreated, hopeless, bewildered humanity fell upon you in his place. They died not knowing that their lives made any difference at all in a cruel and brutal world that reduces full and complex people into meat, limbs, objects to be torn apart and annihlated- a world that would forget they ever lived. They died angry and despaired, not conscious that your Ashen One waited until the end of time to rectify this grave mistake. Hollowed and severed from whatever little fire that lit their souls in life, they are not capable of even imagining what its warmth and hope feel like, despite remembering how clearly they used to know that feeling. Of course they cry.
you know you listened to a song a thousands times when you play it for a split second and turn off the volume and you still hear it playing perfectly in your head
Nice, I think the first phase sounds the best like this. Btw I think the other comments are bots, Liam commented on my vid as soon as I uploaded, and just seems to leave generic messages.
