Multi-roof style of architecture is also known as pagoda style. Authentic Nepalese style founded by the late great Araniko.

Araniko didn't invent these architecture. He went to Tibet and China and spread these Nepalese arts and architecture there. These multiroof style were already popular during Lichavi era and could've been developed before that during Kirat dynasty or earlier

​@@hira2001-l1du re right about Licchavi period,Licchavi Rulers like Haridutta,Mandev etc and followed by Malla Kings-especially Bhupatindra Malla (Bhaktapur),SiddhiNarsingh Malla(Patan)and Jayaprakash Malla,Pratap Malla,Jayastithi Malla(Kathmandu)are the reasons for these ancient arts and architectures for our country especially Pagoda style was ofc introduced during Licchavi period,History is so amazing to learn nah especially when u get to see existing proofs of it in ur own country 😂
