Nepal hinduism is totally diffrent than india . even though we are hindus and our country is 81% hindus we worship and follow the buddhas teaching and path , we celebrate both hindu festivals and buddhist festivals same with the buddhist family they worship hindu god and goddess and celebrate all the hindu festivals , you can see the blend of both hindusim and buddhism in Nepali society
@@NJ-vv8dl during ancient and early medieval times, Paschim, Sudupaschim, Khas kingdoms were mostly Buddhist and local indigenous religions. But after Muslims conquered India, Indian Hindus, Brahmins fled to those paschim region of Nepal and spread Hinduism there
Namaste! I've seen a lot of travel vlogs in Nepal but you have a really unique take on things cinematically and showcased the place in a epic way! Dhanyabaad! : )
Ok, that Sel roti was bad. And the mo:mo, you ate it wrong way. You didn't even put the sauce. You were supposed to put the Peanut / soybean sauce (beige colored), grab a spoon, sprinkle some spicy green sauce and chiili flakes, and eat with a spoon. Investigating before eating or doing something in a new country is always preferred.
From what i know. Kumari is also a Buddhist tradition but not usual Tibetan Buddhist tradition that we all know but a specific Newari Buddhist tradition. Theres so much blend between Hinduism and Newari Buddhism in Nepal that we dont even realize which religion some certain traditions belong too.
I think you were being cautious and didnt wanna try the liquid sauce with the plate of momo( not momos) . No judgements made. I hope youmenjoyed Nepal. And another suggestion is kindly do some research about where you get good food. Dont randomly go into any place. I know for a fact that sel roti wasnt good. And narayandai momo is tasteless without the liquid sauce. Now this has turned into a rant, i wanna welcome you to my country. Thank you for visiting Tanwi.
