I hope you continue exploring local dal bhat power however, anything outside local influence is 50/50 with the experience. I lived in nepal to work for nepal earthquake response for some months. I loved being there so much didn't to come back to my own country. The people are very warm, always smiling friendly and generally very hospitable .
This is Patan Durbar Square area. I was born and raised here. My ancestral house is behind Honcha shop but TBH I tried Honacha only once coz I was young then and had no spice tolerance. This is nostalgic, I used to play in that place all day during winter holiday. Thanks for promoting my city and Nepal.
