One of the many abandoned golf resorts in Spain and this one was a long walk to view the show houses, hopefully one day this resort will be restored - enjoy the video

Move up to the Pink Lake there is a whole estate ruined and were all ready to move in.

Thank you Chris, there are loads of abandoned properties in this region and most parts of Spain and still a housing shortage.

Not all the damage was caused by that deer. Bad construction and alot of vandalism. Sad that this has become the way of the world.

Thank you Larry, true about the vandalism but maybe one day this place will come back to life. Many thanks for watching

The walkways seem thin, moving in with a piano would be dodgy it may end up in the cellar

Bureaucratic red tape so bad developers would rather abandon a project than sell it to someone else.

Thank you Rob, it was open for a while, the driving range was used for a couple of years but it was pulled and shut down, such a same. Many thanks for watching.

Its a strange name looks like O HANO or O HINO was it Irish owned and words in brackets too, where is it near because that is not the heart of Murcia.

Found this place on Google maps, like most places I find in Spain. No info on the resort or name but it is in the Murcia region.

Spain is going to see a lot more of this as the Brits pull out. Its what they want to see, so let them have it and we'll take our money elsewhere!

Pull out? Not sure what you mean but it’s more Belgians, Dutch and Scandinavians moving to or buying in Spain now. Inevitable consequence of brexit but let’s not go there. Property prices are on the up and property in Murcia is selling very well. Have a great day

Many thanks for your comment, these abandoned places dotted around Spain are from the 2008 money crash and thankfully some at the moment are being fully restored. Many thanks for watching.
