Hi Shaun, you're on our fave beach, along with the small calas further on behind you. We live up in the hills near the city of Murcia, 90% of our neighbours are Spanish and we wouldn't change it. Sierra Espuña and beaches no distance away and as you say, half of the time I don't even know what day it is, so relaxed. Happy new year guys.

I am a 74 yr old English born, long term widower, with no close family left now, who has lived here for nearly 19 years now, having "escaped" from West London in January 2006. I can honestly say that in all that time I have NOT Regretted a Single Day of being here. The weather, of course, the more relaxed, less stressful pace of life, the fact that as an older, slightly disabled person, I am treated with Dignity and Respect, never made to feel Vulnerable, the for me, still affordable cost of living, with budgeting, Are all huge Plus Factors of being here. As an aside, for those concerned about access to medical facilities here in Spain let me just advise you of the following. As a Permanent Resident here, who is say a Pensioner or who is not employed legally in Spain, one can apply to join the state owned medical service as a "Private Person" for a fee of just 50 Euro's per month, which gives access to full range of facilities including Ambulance service and Hospitalisation if needed, from a National medical service, graded as 8th Best in the World, by "W.H.O.". U.K. is graded 38th...!!

The British can no longer come to live in Spain, there is no need to promote the good life we have here (which you arrogant Brits don't have). Therefore, stay in your grey, dark, cold, and rainy island and don't come to live in Spain because basically, YOU CAN'T!! Remember, BREXIT MEANS BREXIT, dear ones.

Thanks for the video. Just stumbled across your channel recently. Currently we’re living in France but we’re hoping to move to Spain later next year. Mazarrón is a place that’s cropped up in our research of areas so I was interested to see this video. I know you only went around a small area but my first observation was the fact it was possibly the first town I’d seen on RUclips that wasn’t covered in graffiti 🥴 I’ll have to take a look at your other Marazzón videos too.

Its a strange name looks like O HANO or O HINO was it Irish owned and words in brackets too, where is it near because that is not the heart of Murcia.
