Be aware, dental care is not included in the public health care (which btw is pretty good) so you need to pay for that yourself and it's expensive here in Spain. I know from experience since I live here for over 25 years.
No not unless you apply for get approved for an Nlv if you plan to retire. If you plan to work that is a lot harder proposition unless you are under 30 then you may be able to get a working visa. What are your plans?
