You know in "An Extremely Goofy Movie" P.J. (Pete's son and Max's best friend) gloomily comments that his father plans to turn his room into a bowling alley after he leaves for college. While that is kind of sad it's very confusing. I mean how do you turn a bedroom into a bowling alley? But I would definitely like to see that happen to Chloé Bourgeois's former bedroom (From Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir) now that the pompous brat left Paris (along with her Mother) near the end of the episode "Revolution". But if not a bowling alley then I wouldn't mind if André Bourgeois turned Chloé's former bedroom into something else. Like a Game Room, a Mini-Golf Room, a Recreation Room, a Spa Room, a Workout Room, or even a Yoga Room.
Fun fact: in one scene of this movie, the one where there is the possum mascot 9:45. in the finnish dub after Max hits the possum mascot Max says "Älä pervoo mua", which translates back to "don't perv me"

I need a story about Goofy as a blue collar 9-5 worker and Mickey as a one percenter who left all his friends/family behind when he got famous. We basically follow Mickey after he fumbles the bag by losing all his money/fame and is forced to hitch hike back to his hometown where no one likes him anymore except Goofy who takes it upon himself to teach Mickey how to survive as a regular 9-5 guy. 😂😂😂

- This was originally was going to be A Goof Troop Movie, but due to the Ducktales The Movie: Treasure Of The Lost Lamp not doing so well it changed - Katzenberg wanted him to drop Goofy's classic cartoonish drawl but Bill Framer (been Goofy & Pluto since the 80’s, Hop Pop in Amphibia, Tawashi in Astro Boy, Doc & others in the 7D, Foghorn, Sam, & Sylvester in Space Jam, Mr. Leghorn in Loonatics Unleashed, Secret Squirrel in Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, & many more) wanted to refuse it but still did it that is until Michael Eisner & Roy E. Disney hear it told them to go back to Goofy’s classic voice - This was Jason Marsden first voice role in a full film role & he also voices Gear & others (Static Shock) Haku (Spirited Away), Chase (Xiaolin Showdown), Kovu (The Lion King), Cavin (Gummi Bears), Garrett (Extreme Ghostbusters), Chester (The Fairyodd Parents), Dash (Danny Phantom), Rikochet (¡Mucha Lucha!), Billy & Red Star (Teen Titans), Firefly (The Batman), Danger Duck (Loonatics Unleashed), & many more - Bill Farmer says Goofy is classified as a “Canis Goofus” & as for his wife she does exist it’s just a huge mystery there are videos on this
I'll admit Roxanne almost led to me being a furry (I'm not at least not 100% lol) she is one of the reasons why I'm into anthro cartoon "stuff" like Lola bunny and the girl dog from that show about mutant super soldier dogs from the 80's? Maybe 90's.
3:47 Apparently the official term is nearhuman faces, shit you not, "Dogface". Maybe its a relic of those old How To serieso f cartoons they did, but in a lot of disney stuff its the go to design when you want to draw a normal human (esp an actual famous IRC person, like Teddy Roosevelt) but cant cause it'd look too weird. It's why a ton of the IRL historical figures in, say Scrooge McDuck comics, were drawn goofy-esque.
1:15 Funny enough, the studio that did this movie ( Disney TV France) got promoted thanks to it and became a studio that animated scenes for the main movies like Yzma and Kronk’s jungle scenes were done in Paris
There were 3 VHS tapes that i played constantly as a kid The Fox and The Hound Toy Story And A Goofy Movie Wore out the tapes from playing them so much
That moment in the new Ducktales where Goofy cameos and whips out his wallet full of cherished memories with Max was my favorite part. They even had a Powerline reference in another episode. Dad of the Millennium.
Being that I was born in 1993 we had this movie on loop in my house as a very young child, so I have vivid memory of most the animation and scenes, but the actual plot and dialogue was completely lost on me. This is probably the first time I’ve seen this movie in close to 25 years, and I’m a little astounded by it. It’s like having Deja vu almost. I know this movie by heart but it’s completely different as an adult with context of what’s actually happening. Of all the movies toddler me could have been obsessed with, this was a pretty solid choice.
Happy to see this movie getting recognition: it's pretty simple in the plot, but god did it ate at the visuals in general, they're so satisfying to watch to this day still.
Roxanne was definitely my furry awakening... and I often wonder if it was this or Rocky Horror Picture Show that was my bisexual awakening, I had a crush on both Max & Roxanne as a kid. Nowadays I relate to Bobby, cuz I'm such a cheesy stoner. xD
I remember when I was a kid, the nightmare scene at the start scared the sh*t out of me. My Mum had recorded it on the VHR when it was on TV. She then had to re-record over that scene so there'd just be a random clip at the start for a bit then it would cut to the Goofy movie XD
Jack's got the guns out 🙌 This movie's an underrated classic. Nice 2D animation, fun songs, and an emotional core to wreck anyone with daddy issues. Between this movie and Kingdom Hearts, Goofy's definitely one of Disney's best.
Still wild to me that the followup to Max and Roxanne getting together isn't in An Extremely Goofy Movie... but is instead relegated to a one-off episode of House of Mouse.
I’m still wondering if they will actually make a third goofy movie. Titled [Goofy in: A Very Extremely Goofy Movie] Max and Roxanne would probably have kids and then Goofy would be the grandfather, well I think that Goofy and Sylvia would have a baby girl before Max and Roxanne get theirs.

- Katzenberg wanted him to drop Goofy's classic cartoonish drawl but Bill Framer (been Goofy & Pluto since the 80’s, Hop Pop in Amphibia, Tawashi in Astro Boy, Doc & others in the 7D, Foghorn, Sam, & Sylvester in Space Jam, Mr. Leghorn in Loonatics Unleashed, Secret Squirrel in Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, & many more) wanted to refuse it but still did it that is until Michael Eisner & Roy E. Disney hear it told them to go back to Goofy’s classic voice
- This was Jason Marsden first voice role in a full film role & he also voices Gear & others (Static Shock) Haku (Spirited Away), Chase (Xiaolin Showdown), Kovu (The Lion King), Cavin (Gummi Bears), Garrett (Extreme Ghostbusters), Chester (The Fairyodd Parents), Dash (Danny Phantom), Rikochet (¡Mucha Lucha!), Billy & Red Star (Teen Titans), Firefly (The Batman), Danger Duck (Loonatics Unleashed), & many more
- Bill Farmer says Goofy is classified as a “Canis Goofus” & as for his wife she does exist it’s just a huge mystery there are videos on this
18:08 When they were talking about how the beatnik character wasn't there, this exact clip was what I was thinking about
I'll admit Roxanne almost led to me being a furry (I'm not at least not 100% lol) she is one of the reasons why I'm into anthro cartoon "stuff" like Lola bunny and the girl dog from that show about mutant super soldier dogs from the 80's? Maybe 90's.
Fun fact: this movie was made by the same people who made the disney sequels, so, I guess something good came out of all of that :|
That sounds about right
3:47 Apparently the official term is nearhuman faces, shit you not, "Dogface".
I like the theory that Powerline & Goofy went to high school together, hence why he's fine with Goofy on stage.
Seriously, _A Goofy Movie_ NEEDS to get a 30th-anniversary theatrical re-release in the coming months.
1:15 Funny enough, the studio that did this movie ( Disney TV France) got promoted thanks to it and became a studio that animated scenes for the main movies like Yzma and Kronk’s jungle scenes were done in Paris
Disney''s greatest error was not realizing how invested folks were in Max and Roxanne's relationship.
Hyuk Tuah is the joke of the month.
Okay, "don't you know they're eating the dogs? That's us!" beats it.
There were 3 VHS tapes that i played constantly as a kid
The Fox and The Hound
Toy Story
And A Goofy Movie
Wore out the tapes from playing them so much
Watch Grave of the fireflies. It would be so interesting seeing your "Goofy" vibes with such a serious movie
Roxanne is single-handedly responsible for my fierce attraction to natural redheads. If you've got copper locks, my heart drops.
19:28 bmw owner's
2:02 He just indirectly admitted that the characters in this movie are attractive
That moment in the new Ducktales where Goofy cameos and whips out his wallet full of cherished memories with Max was my favorite part. They even had a Powerline reference in another episode. Dad of the Millennium.
Missed opportunity to make the title “ we watched a goofy movie and it was extremely goofy”
The opossum park fricking kills me EVERY TIME 😭😂
Roxanne was wriiten out so Max could have a gay awakening with the preppy sk8er boy. Tiktok told me so
Happy to see this movie getting recognition: it's pretty simple in the plot, but god did it ate at the visuals in general, they're so satisfying to watch to this day still.
This movie has more heart than all of the modern disney remakes
0:28 "there's no way this can be a goofy movie"
*the title changes to "a goofy movie"*
"YOOOOOO"
Nice lythero reference
this video had me goofing around cause lol they are so goofy reacting to this goofy movie
5:10 That's the same voice actor for the boss in The Incredibles, and I just realized it.
When I saw this I got so excited because I recommended this movie to them
edit: PLEASE WATCH AN EXTREMELY GOOFY MOVIEEEE
3:39 this image is from Kingdom Hearts 2
Roxanne was definitely my furry awakening... and I often wonder if it was this or Rocky Horror Picture Show that was my bisexual awakening, I had a crush on both Max & Roxanne as a kid. Nowadays I relate to Bobby, cuz I'm such a cheesy stoner. xD
0:30 "O beautiful, for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain!"
14:33 SILENT JACK CAMEO!
16:54 ...ayo...why do I feel different 🫠😗🫣
Being a 90’s baby, I’ve made it my duty to put my 3 year old daughter onto all my childhood favorites lol she loves this movie so much 👌🏽
Still wild to me that the followup to Max and Roxanne getting together isn't in An Extremely Goofy Movie... but is instead relegated to a one-off episode of House of Mouse.
8:37 Goofy as Jhon Wick would be the greatest idea known to man kind.
Omg why are they giving so much genuine praise this isn’t normal spilling the milk behavior
Ironic that we never get anything from this until the tv series House of Mouse.
