I feel like the apartment is accordingly priced to the size, materials, location, amenities, etc. For some reason I don’t feel like it’s overpriced like most nyc properties for example. This genuinely seems like a nice and comfortable home, and it’s cool how it even comes with the downstairs beach house. And every little detail was thought of. That’s what you are expecting for that price tag.
I think the beach house is its own property.
You could buy an island for $25m or even 10 mansions in other places. Def not worth it lol

What an amazing build! Such a beautiful aesthetic with great features, really doesn't overdo it with the accessories, so it looks extra clean! I really love the camerawork though, being able to follow behind you gives us a realistic taste of what it's really like, turning at every room to see what's inside! Great video, amazing build! 💕

Just don't sprint to the point where you can't stop yourself in time and you fly over the edge 350 ft down onto the beach where you bounce off someone's umbrella 30 ft into the air and end up landing in a kid's sandcastle.

Hi Erik, I used to live not far from where Regalia now sits, very ballsy to build a luxury tower right on the beach. One good smack from a hurricane and the entire beachside is toast !! I know off Washington and Collins, every time it rained on the beach the entire area flooded. And I lived on the ground floor of my building. It is a breathtaking building for sure.

The view is wow. The pool and bottom floor wow. No guest bathtub not so hot. The primary suite was wow until the hallway went on and on. Several of those rooms could easily be repurposed as the space absolutely awesome. Elevator very nice!

Airplane crash effect. Probably Miamj high-rise are now the safest buildings around with all the tight inspections going on.
From what I read in the aftermath of that, apparently there was much stricter rules enforced starting with buildings built ~2000ish I think. So, nobody wants to move in the older ones (which the Surfside was)

Originally listed 09/18 for $29.5 million then listed again in June of the year for $25.5 million. What's wrong with this property? Is it the $300,000+ annual taxes and $15,000/mo maintenance? Or is it because Miami and Miami Beach has been flooded with luxury high-rise homes? These homes are NOT selling. STOP BUILDING!

I thought this was a re-upload until I realized that I just saw Enes Yilmazer's tour from last week. You both did great tours, but seems like you got the better weather day. Looks like most of the other floors have been sold or rented. My guess is this one will sell, but not quite for the asking price. I'd be curious as to what Hurricane ratings the windows and steel have, and the life expectancy of the foundation & beams. Neither you nor Enes detailed the elevator hallway, which is a shame. I'm also curious as to whether these are full-time live-in residents, or do they visit for the summer? Of all the floors of the Regalia, the Penthouse definitely seems the best, IMHO. Just give me about 300 years to pay it off. ;)

I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, I say this because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.she gave me that financiaI freedom I needed

I drive on Collins everyday and this building, right off the Golden Beach mansions, is spectacular!. There are no other building around so its very visible and unique. Unlike the round Porsche building now barely noticeable because is stuck in-between two new skyscrapers.

I know, man, imperial system is a pain... a good ballpark for square feet is 10 to 1. So 10,000 square feet is 1,000 square meters. 3 feet is 1 meter. Hope that helps but your idea of adding it to the subtitle is good

i wouldn't live there even if they gave me that for free. i used to live in the 16th floor and we had firedepartment show up couple of times, one time it was at night and there were 6 cars below my building so i can assure you that was a pure nightmare. also the building feels like it is floating when there's some wind. also i imagine how i get a panic attack and jump from the balcony. no no no, thanks

It's nothing new that people love to exaggerate their height. Google puts erik at 6'4". But Erik is same height as Chris hemsworth who is a legit 6'3". So if you have a closer look at the video, just pause and take a deeper lok, this man is roughly 4 inches taller than Erik. Now you will say that due to angle of the camera its hard to identify, well even if I consider the camera angle Erik is on the shorter looking side & if we make them both in a straight position the difference will be slight less than 4 inches, erik stands just beneath the eyebrow level of jeff & that's never gonna be 5 inches.
