Great tour as usual but it’s very small for the money, plus if course it mostly faces away from the sea.
I would be far more impressed with the least expensive two-bedroom oceanfront condo. Now that would be an architectural accomplishment.

The fogged glass in the bathroom is so cool, it's the first time I saw a luxury house that pays attention to privacy!
(I've always wanted to say this, the bathrooms of luxury houses that Enes introduced before feel that the privacy is not well protected)

Anyone else notice the construction directly next door?
This is the apartment that’s behind the oceanfront apartment with only a corner with ocean views and like you pointed out, once the next door building goes up that view will get mostly blocked out, they may need to put curtains in the master bathroom or the neighbors are going to have a direct line of sight into the bathtub.
Doesn’t have even ocean views. Total crap.

Any Miami Condo tour needs to come with an extensive review of the underground parking structures. We all saw what happened when cost-cutting by the owners coupled with floor after floor of massive heavy marble were stacked into an unsound building. No view is worth dying for.

Really I liked this apartment in Miami
Cool condo! Though as a real estate agent in Tampa, its crazy the price difference between here and Miami. For $1.3 million less you can get a 5000+ sq/ft 4 bedroom penthouse condo in a prime location with waterfront views. Or for $2.5 million less you can have an over 6500 sq/ft brand new mansion also on the water. Crazy!

@@joedorsey7846 Oh I'm aware. Though Tampa is building up and there's a ton of development. I don't think it will ever be the same as Miami, but it will be completely different 5-10 years from now.

@@jjjyli686 You and several other people just don't get that it's about the location. You should research property prices in Miami along the beech and do a comparison. I think you will find this price is quite reasonable.
@@wernerdanler2742 i have seen south beachfront apartments with 3 bedrooms go for 6 mil so this should be 5-6 mil in my opinion. I know they are expensive but u can get a 4000sqf apartment from soho, new york with that money and this is probably half that size

It’s probably meant to be a marketing ploy. To be able to say it’s the most expensive on paper. My guess is no discerning buyer will pay such a price. Especially with the changes already happening in the neighbourhood. Just a matter of time until you from unobstructed views to partial views.

This is a wonderful property and the finishes are nice---Even if this were sold furnished pushing the 10 million mark is a bit much---It is roughly 3000 a sq ft----I may be missing something but I think between 6 and 7 million would be more on the mark

I don't like the dark cabinets in the kitchen and dark paneling. If you're oceanfront, go with white! It makes it way more airy!
