Namaste 🙏 my friend. Thank you for sharing the lantern festival. My best part is the tea tasting one. In India 🇮🇳 tea means Chai latte. It's mostly made with tea leaves and milk. But now after seeing your videos especially today , I truly understand and respect the ritual. It's important to know even the subtle taste of everything, instead of masking it by making sweet or spicy taste. Most cooking in our place is conditioned by the strong flavors and taste. Thank you for reminding me this simple tea ritual again and again in your vlog.

hello again friend :) thank you for watching as always. I'm so happy you liked the tea ceremony! In the UK, where I'm from, tea also means English breakfast or earl grey tea with milk. I drank green teas in London too, but since moving to Korea and having much easier access to so many teas from across Asia, I've learned so much and fallen in love with the ritual of all sorts of tea making. Chai tea latte is actually one of my favourite kinds of teas! I have a tin of loose-leaf chai from TW, but I'd like to learn to make my own too. Thank you so much for always sharing your thoughts and experience. Wishing you a peaceful week 🙏🏻

The tea ceremony was interesting, I always feel so hungry at this type of ceremonies as the food presentation is so tiny, but the experience is always mesmerizing of course. Love the lights at night, thank you for sharing!!

Thankfully we’d eaten beforehand in preparation, but it didn’t stop me wanting mochi straight after haha. It was very interesting and each season is different so there’s always new things to learn and try:) thank you so much for watching always. I’m so grateful for you🤍
