We had a Carnivale Party for my niece who turned 2. We had all kinds of games, prize table, candy table with bagged cotton candy, and a nacho bar with ground beef, pulled pork and toppings and a cake. I started buying stuff like a month or 2 before from Dollar Tree.

Maybe mount some pretty hooks on your 'birthday wall' to hang your balloons. Decor could hang from them during non-birthday days. I just love the cakes you make, so creative.
I have a July 1st little firecracker-so we had a Land of the Three themed for my 3 year old--and a Disney themed party for our 6 year old-since his present was a trip to Disney!

I’ve never had one like that so I’m excited to see how it all comes together.
