- In this Mechabellum guide, we are taking a look at the War Factory. It is probably the easiest unit in the game to play and it will net you many easy wins if you know some very simple things on how to use it.
I think war factory is an overpowered unit and one of the reasons I am making this mechabellum guide, is to make the unit a bit more mainstream so maybe the developers will actually react on nerfing it! So please do your part and start massing some factories ! :D Maybe we will figure out some good counters for it in the process as well.

UPDATE: r4 war factory is finally not good anymore after a series of nerfs! :D (mission accomplished)

Great video; been using it myself a bit (yesterday I got up to 7 WF!), now understand more nuances. After this, we need the responsible follow up: how to fight effectively against it! (while waiting for the likely nerf). There have to be some very solid ways to set up against it; I've seen 201 use ignite vulcans fairly well for example....Though of course the effective counter will be much more difficult than the strategy itself, would be great for the community to at least have a fighting chance, or maybe just the Rat fans🐀 ... Thanks for another great video!

Survived my last war factory match: think in no small part due to baiting out missile defense against my elite spec storms. (elite / high impact storms are literally 8 level 1 stormcallers damage per volley)
Then prepare the ignite fangs unless there's electromag to take down more than shields with the missiles once they go intercepting.

I wish WF was more of a support or a command and control vehicle. Less unit spam and more buffs, repairs, etc
Also weird that it can’t repair itself. It’s printing new units but can’t fix itself up?

Yea impact drill good vs factory. It's super fun to replicate it also. Never seen so many crawlers
It is so stupid that this even works :D I have to stop with this now, I already climbed 200 MMR with it and once I stop using it I will be completely destroyed by the higher MMR people :D
Nice! :D Yea it has some counter plays, but the war factory is for sure the strongest strategy in the game compared to how easy it is to execute. But it's good to climb if you are mentally prepared to lose later. You learn a lot playing vs higher mmr people
So how would you defend it?
Hi Rat, are all air units countered by just stangs + snipers? It seems so.
might need some melters vs itemized / high leveled wraiths
How to defeat war factories? Melting point didnt work, even shielded. Stormcallers get smashed by the War Phoenixes
Don't know what the best answer is. Scorpions with siege mode + acid works in some board states. Overlords with ground cannon in some others. Vulcan with ignite is also good.
@@SurreyEZ ok Coach, I found that crawlers can be a bit of trouble to war factories with the acid and tunneling upgrade

This game turned into an autism festival. Used to be so much fun when it first came out. 😢
A little bit in some patches. The new units and AM devices complicated a lot. But if the right changes are made it's gonna be very balanced in no time, im sure
