This video is part two of my castle wall tutorial. In this segment I show how I cut the foam using the hot wire foam factory 3D scrolling table.

goto a hobby shop that sells model trains and ask for woodlands secnics foam boards, they come in thickness of up to 4 inches thick, they also have a foam cutting knife and a hand held hot wire cutter that can help

+John Brogan Hobby shops are kind of lacking in my area and Insulation and packing foam is usually cheaper than stuff from Woodlands Scenics. Good to know though.

with the foam cutting blade you can do more detail work on your builds

+John Brogan I am not sure what detail work you are referring to. Of course there are a variety of methods available to detail foam with different shapes and textures. I am just showing my methods of how I make a castle wall.

I am just saying that woodland secnics has the thickness you are looking for

+John Brogan I appreciate the heads up on the product from Woodland Scenics. The thickness of the wall was more of an accident as I experimented with the scale of the figures.
