I love that Superman when fighting someone who clearly tanked being thrown across the room starts hitting with a little force. When its not enough he takes a few hits but then realizes he can take a bit more than most. A competent Clark using strength intelligently. Oh my god. Its Superman
To be fair, it depends on the wall, but even normal humans could survive that. Not in one piece, granted--it's like getting hit by a car--but you messed with his wife so that's an exception he's probably willing to make.
Jonathan is the MVP of the Kent family. He's the most human and understanding person in that family, but he also shared a womb with his brother. He understands Jordan better than anyone else, though I say this knowing twins who share twin-speak and a sixth-twin-sense. I've known him for three episodes and he's my favorite, though I have been a fan of Tyler's for years at this point. (Also, Tyler was in the minor-leagues baseball player.) I'm of the opinion that Jonathan's going to get powers, but that the powers are going to be split with the splitting to create the twins. As for Sara - I started have suicidal thoughts at 9 yrs old, but mental illness runs in my family. We ended up living in small-town in Georgia when I was 11-16, and it made things infinitely worse for me because I also lost my mental health counselor. As an adult, more balanced in who I was, I worked at a suicide hotline - talking to people who were looking for any way out of their situation. And that's what it is for a lot of people - suicide is just a last resort of the trapped - but nothing was sadder than when it was children calling.
They showed Jonathan snap a rope with a football. He has to have some powers. The thing of note is that Clark didn't take him to the FoS. They could be sharing Kal's power level (reason why Jordan not as strong). Or even have half go to one and the rest to the other.
Far as what Clark does for money, he’s farming, and he is definitely running that farm his damn self lol. They are probably the most profitable farm in Smallville, or at least they will be.
Okay so he used his powers to get to a level playing field rises above the guy he wanted to hit in anger but then uses it to hit the middle ground and be the bigger person. Thats actually incredible.

And tonight's big baddie was played by Daniel Cudmore, better known for his role as Colossus in X2 and Days of Future Past as well as being the mo-cap actor for AMAZO in the "Elseworlds" crossover.
Good episode. I like seeing Clark trying to be a good dad...he’s not Johnathan Kent and his situation is a bit more complicated so I like seeing him navigate what to do and what not to do. Anyway , the teen stuff can be a bit too much but given the characters of both Sarah and Jordan...I understand where they come from to an extent so I don’t mind it too much. Also , I’m liking Jon more and more...it’s obvious he’s showing signs of jealously but him standing up for his brother and talking to Clark about him sticking with football was a genuinely nice moment since he does still truly want to help him The Lois stuff with the Edge investigation became more intriguing imo..especially that Morgan himself has superpowered henchmen at his disposal. Since both the guy and girl have powers that could be from Superman..I wonder if somehow Edge got some of Clark’s DNA and was able to give his cronies powers?.
I don't really mind the teen stuff as long as it's balanced out with good storytelling for Clark Kent and Lois. For the most part, the show is everything I wanted in a live action Superman TV show and I'm SO glad they got rid of the usual plot points from other Superman live action and animated stuff. There's no "Will they or won't they", "OMG what if Sam Lane finds out!", "where is my place in the world" etc. It feels as if they're going to explore things that's never been explored outside of the comics and that's really cool.
@@TK-421_66 So... did the game in that universe base the move off of him, or did he learn the move from watching his son play it - or Ohno I've gone crosseyed...

I am loving this show. Since his first appearance I loved Tyler Hoechlin as both Clark and Superman immediately. Over the last few years he's slowly but strongly stole the spot of being my favorite Superman.
Very cool that Daniel Cudmore got to be a character that fought Superman here. He not only played Colossus in the X-Men films and a number of characters across several CW shows, he auditioned to be Superman way back for Superman Returns.

I honestly did not have much hope when they announced this and just assumed it would be below average but I have never been so happy that I was wrong. How do Lois & Clark make a living? Probably living off the residuals from the books they have written. We don't know how closely the show follows the comics but in the comics Clark is Pulitzer prize winning novelist (Under a Yellow Sun) and Lois has also written a couple books. I mean, you might not be super wealthy but being a best selling author is probably an OK way to make a living.
Clark has merchandise rights haha
Money from that super secret Superman account for video game licensing.
@@jaywalker02 what's the bet in this universe its Wayne Enterprises that makes those games and it's literally Bruce paying Clark.
L'or and Non were general Z'od's henchmen. I really wanna see Zod vs Superman
Chili cheese fries are great. Carne Asada fries are effing amazing.
A couple of times they have made comments indicating that it has been less than a year since Sarah "attempted suicide," though when talking to Jordan she indicated that the pills were NOT an attempt at suicide.
