Dave Zelinski from Overkill actually had the very first Double Rhoads built... the ESSEX STUDIO has a cool video on it and Crosbys Big Red Double Rhoads...
Saw Jeff live about 10 years ago. I believe he was still with schecter. Made his solo stuff look like he was just warming up. Super friendly guy. The Double Rhoads doesn't look as crazy on him because he is a pretty big dude.
sweet V. I wish I could afford a custom shop jackson. I always wanted an absinthe frost SL2H with skull and cross bone inlays. I'd also love to play one of the buckethead y2k V's. when I win the lottery I'll call Jackson up ;)

It's almost as though that guitar doesn't suck too much. Nor does Jeff Loomis. I want one. Gimme it. Then I will be able to play like Jeff instantly! :\ ....or not
@@denverwalker9078 I’ve always used 22 fret guitars. 24 frets for some reason throw me off when I’m looking down the neck. Plus, it’s an aesthetic thing for me. 24 frets pushing the pickups closer together just looks goofy. That’s why SG’s pickup positioning always looked off to me.
lmaoo masterbuilt upcharge for what is just a usa king v with longer horns. jackson custom shop prices are a joke, the wait time, the killing punchline. they are just not what they used to be
Always a joy to watch Jeff Loomis play.
As a HUGE fan of the Rhoads and King...the "double Rhoads" should have always been the standard for the King.
nah looks goofy big, crosby was 6'5
There is not much guitar left after Jeff played it. He totally destroyed it with that shredding 😮
The Demo Guitar guy plays really good. He should join a band
nah... no talent...
😂 ya maybe….
Jeff Loomis is an absolute freakin BEAST!!!!!!🤘🏻 An absolute master at his craft.
Cool demo i havent heard this guy play in a decade or so. .hes gotten better.
Jeff's riff at 1:35 is unbelievable...
His reaction at the end was incredible :D
Lol Jeff could make a potato sound good.
So sick, I hope they build Jeff a 7 string Kelly. I've seen old ones online before

Devil theory🤟🏽🤟🏽 been warming up with that riff since he taught it on EMGtv with his schecter😎😎

That vest is super cool.
Looks like quilted armor someone would have worn in the Middle Ages lmao
Ditto. I want one
Wow! Fantastic!
Jackson should designate the King V as a Robin Crosby signature model. Awesome axe.. Love the Shred guitars videos..
the double rhoads is the real King V model in my opinion
Can I buy that one at a discount? Jeff left burn marks on the fretboard 😁

Casually hands guitar to Jeff Loomis :)
Beans, beans the wonderful fruit!
Wes Borland be like 👀
Fine guitar IMO, but again there wouldn't be dislike when there's JL haha
Reverse the headstock and we got a masterpiece
...and put the Demmel cuts in the body!

The floyd isn't recessed?
was that plugged just straight into the amp?
I’d absolutely buy this if it were 22 frets. GRRR!
Just don’t use the 23rd and 24th fret lol
No you wouldn’t because it’s probably $7 grand.
@@robertspreitzer8126 this. he's probably broke anyway.
@@XYz-vy7tr the point is to hold the pickup, duh

Put it into mass-production. Asap!

True as sick as this guitar is its really not worth buying
so good… but it hurts my heart that it’s not a recessed Floyd
Place your order for one then lol, I hear ya!
Its a King V. It's not a Concorde, it's not a Rhoads. Change the name
This is a Double Rhoads which is larger than a King V
@@DiabloGuitars yeah I don't agree. Sorry man. Still cool though
@@jamesnorton7601it says Double Rhoads on the COA from Jackson and the guitar is a different shape and size than a King V.
@@jamesnorton7601 I agree, how can the biggest V shape NOT be the King? Jackson messed up 😆
You can't sustain this business model. Nobody is going to buy that.
Too damn big
That's what she...nevermind
I thought Jeff Loomis had a new signature model again already lol
