Andy Paul AKA Andrew Pal AKA Andrey Palashenko is a decorated guitarist, singer, and music composer from East Europe, who moved to the US in 2005.
Andy is a well-known guitar teacher in Europe and USA. He's got "Best Guitar Guru" award in Moldova, Ukraine, and Russia 2000-2005. Performed with music bands "O-ZONE" and "UTOPIA" in Europe.

Great video man! How did the necks compare in terms of thickness and how wide the fretboars were? Best regards
Hey thank you.., necks on all three guitars are very similar in size and shape, soloist regular model, and soloist custom shop have a bit wider fretboard compared to Virtuoso. The way neck is constructed inside is different though, but on all four of these guitars I showed in the video fret board and neck is designed for shredding, meaning fretboards are wide, and almost flat, fret wires Tall and wide, and action is very low. Very comfortable for playing arpeggios with sweep picking.
Custom shop soloist, impressed me very much, you can cover anything from Malmsteen to Kerry King on this guitar, and at the same time it sounds impressively well in clean

Used USA Select guitars are great. The white SL2H is not really a Custom Shop. It's the USA Select Series and it's made on the same line as the Custom Select. You got a very good deal on that black SL2H. I have a 2016 Eerie Dess Swirl SL1 that I picked up in Feb 2020 for $1700.
Thank you for the feedback, so you think that the white soloist is not really a custom shop, but the black one is? How do you differentiate between custom shop and select? And why if it’s not custom shop they sell it for almost 5000 bucks? Just trying to understand your comment.
@@GuitarGuru-AndyPaul No, none of them are truly custom shop. Jackson has a weird custom shop with two different offerings. One is a true custom shop called 'Masterbuilt'. This is the one where you can draw any shape, have any bridge, pickups, inlays etc. AFAIK, Masterbuilt is currently not taking any orders other than from endorsed artists.
The other option is called 'Custom Select'. In this one, you have a menu from which you choose and the price depends on your selections. They have some wiggle room on things not listed on the menu.
There used to be a third line called USA Select. The white and black guitars you show in the video belong to that. They're built on the same line as the Custom Select and by the same people.
Starting in 2021 or so Jackson started including a Custom Shop certificate with the USA Select series as well. I think they've discontinued the USA Select line. Basically it's now like a Custom Select guitar but with fixed specifications.
As for why it costs almost $5000, I think these 'USA Select' ones go for $4500 brand new now. If you went for Custom Select, you'd pay for more features like stainless steel frets, non standard parts, bridges, pickups etc.

Exactly. Not a custom shop. Those were the USA standards. The new Corona models aren’t the same.
You picked the right one. It is a better guitar. Better Floyd. Better headstock with inlaid logo.
