hello nice 2y review video, I bought this one, and I started to have ice on the back (coils). Did you have this problem before?

No, never gotten ice. You should make sure to clean the filter and to perhaps raise the humidity level. Are you running it at the min? I run mine at 55 typically, in a relatively low humidity basement

@@HelpAtMyHome Hmm, maybe it was that I was running mine in 45. I am going to put in 55. Thanks!

@@edgoron I have the larger Wi-Fi version of this Frigidaire. When I got ice on the back, customer service told me it was because of temperature. It has to be above 68° (I think). I could be wrong on the exact temperature. But I know that when my basement starts to get cooler, it’ll ice over. Also, if I keep it close to an external wall in my basement, which is cinderblock, it’ll start to ice over as the cinderblock is colder.

If you use Timer mode, manual says that you have to reset this timer each time, meaning it only sets 1 timer up, and for example if you select 8 hours , it will not continually turn it back on and off every 8 hours? Odd. And with the option to CHOOSE your humidity level, if you choose 50% say, it will turn itself on and off by itself throughout the day to maintain that 50%? Continuous mode does not let you set a desired level and runs 24/7?
