Seems like a waste of time and unnecessary to heat the egg separately first and then heat the whole steak, egg and cheese flatbread again. I think that's wrong. You're going to give the customer extra steaming hot egg that's going to burn his mouth when he bites into it.
if you dont heat the egg first you run the risk of the egg still being cold when eaten. fun fact, subway has changed the kind of egg they serve. they actually look like eggs now.
