Here in Colorado. Researching trails and your channel is gold. Thanks for sharing the journey.
Thanks so much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 it means a lot to hear that! Were so glad we can help! Let us know if you have any other questions!
Love the teamwork you two demonstrate in your videos. As a couple, off-roading can be stressful, but it’s very fulfilling when you work together to overcome obstacles. Keep the great content coming. ❤
Thanks so much for your awesome comment! We really appreciate you noticing. It really does take a lot out of us, but theres nothing better than conquoring a trail together! We hope we can make more great content for you in the future! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@barelymadeit Looking forward to seeing what is to come. We have a trip to Colorado planned for next year and videos like yours a very useful for our planning. 👍🏻

love watching this buddy great job co awsome!!!!!!! lets fly!!!!!
Thanks for watching man! Absolutly!
I just moved to Cañon City from just south of the Dallas area and haven’t gotten out on the trails yet. I’m definitely looking forward to hitting that 1 next year. Thx for sharing your experience!!
Nice video !
I ran red cone last year a few days after it opened and saw nobody. Early season is very nice. Later on after handcart opens it gets very busy.
We kept saying how surpised we were not to see hardly anyone on the trail. It was great to have it so clear. 😀
love it! Will be doing both in about 5 weeks!
Awesome man! By that time radical hill should be open! Its a must do!!!
thanks for taking the time to make this great video. I'm ready to go now!
You are absolutly welcome! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 please let us know how your experience was!
This video is a very good demonstration for how a Jeep handles uneven terrain and obstacles vs a Bronco. The differences in suspension architecture is very apparent.
I completly agree! But its still pretty crazy what IFS can do these days.
Not trying to bash the Bronco driver, just pointing out areas for improvement and clarifying the Bronco can do way harder trails. Everyone was telling him to go slow and I guess he didn’t get the memo 😅 he could have engaged lockers in the first obstacles to just make it easier instead of just flooring the gas, because that’s when stuff can break, you want to go as slow as possible, this isn’t Baja desert racing.
The lines were not optimal, as seen when the camera cut to take #2. Like I said, not bashing on him, we all started as newcomers to 4x4, but it wouldn’t be wise to judge the performance of the truck based on this.
Loren Healy did Pritchett Canyon on a stock Sasquatch Badlands, that tells you everything you need to know
I have yet to see a Bronco not tripod, its almost like they are designed to do that but they are very capable, i have seen them do very well in Moab and in sand.
Thats true, ive never thought about it that way. They do perform well! Checkout our bunce school road video too, there is another bronco on 37s who joined us. He gets pretty tippy for sure. 😅
You guys are awesome! I hope I see you out there one day.
Thanks so much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 so far our plans are holly cross, chinaman gultch, miller rock, maybe schofield, and def redcone and wheeler lake a few more times. Send us an email if youre going out and maybe we can run one together! 😀 barelymadeitoffroad@gmail.com!
Awesome video, last time I was on it back in the 80's, it wasn't just steep but the trail down was like shale. Try to brake and all you did was slide. Fun times
Thanks so much! That sounds awesome. Its always amazing to me how much these trails have changed over the years. That sounds like much more of s challenge than it is today. 😀
Great times! Looking forward to connecting with you guys on a trail again soon.
Absolutly man! I heard about the 392, I poured out a little liquor in its memory! 😔 but the new wrangler will be awesom too!! 😀
@@barelymadeit 😂
Could you do this trail in a 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2? ...Comes with 3" lift and 33" tires stock with 10.7" clearance dual locking diffs...Your opinion? Could it do it?
Hey thanks for the comment! I would say absolutly! Those ZR2s are pretty sick! Its not a crazy tough trail, but there are some larger rock outcroppings, if you take it slow you should do great!
We are considering trying to make it up in our stock cherokee trailhawk. 😅
@@barelymadeit Yes I watched the whole video and noted the boulder sections. just wasn't sure about clearance and how big the boulders actually are. Thanks for the advice.
@@barelymadeit Would love to see the trailhawk try.
@@DreamVicarious 😏😎 i think we might have to give it a go!
I've heard conflicting things about that gatekeeper. Looks like it's still there unchanged? How do you think a stock Gladiator Rubicon would do on this trail?
Yea, it's not crazy bad, but it is big. I think you'd probably be fine? Are you on 33s? You may use your sliders more. :-)
Just did this in a Power Wagon on 35s. Youll be fine just take it slow
Someone has some control issues.
Tense conversation = control issue. Got it! ✅
uh, air down tires anyone? Turns out that's a little known trick of the 4wd community /s
