I had to start healing my diastasis recti and it was so hard😢My daughter is now 2 years old and I'm a stay at home mom so home workouts are keeping me sane😂😂I workout 5 times a week for less than an hour. I just love pilates and dance workouts so much😊. I did go hard at first with HIIT workouts and I strained my knees aswell so ever since then I've been doing low impact workouts🎉. I meal prep every Sunday for 5 days worth of food(lunch & dinner) for a family of 3 and wow am winning so far❤. This year i'll definitely reach my goals👌
This is a very sensetive topic for me since having 2 kids. I feel I’ve constantly been on some sort of diet 😢 it’s been a big challenge, training like crazy and scale not moving. Changed a few things and have moved from 73 to 62kg. My goal is anywhere in the 50’s in order for me to be able to play around with a burger or two 🤦🏽♀️

You’re putting pressure on us!! 😅😢 We have the roller and I’ve always been scared to try it. I cancelled my gym membership last week coz I have to go to the office more often but this video lowkey pushed me to get back into doing my home work outs when I can.
