@@mattpavey3062 they have about 20 tables. they are mostly 1-3 but the rest are 2-5. they run a few 5-10 PLO as well. They have a really big game that I believe is invite only that supposedly has about a 1 Million on the table. I think it's a 20-40 but not sure. I was averaging 100 an hour until i screwed that up last time but I have a pretty long win streak going there. (Knock on wood). Mon htru Thursday They run a High hand promotion every 50 min for 500$. if no qualifying hand comes it rolls over. the rake on a 1-3 table is 6$ +2 for the high hand bad beat jack pot so its pretty much 8$ on any bet pot. I have only hit One set during my win streak and that was on 13$ pot that got folded post flop. I have been pretty card dead but still have pulled $ from the table with top pair top kicker and a couple flushes but mostly just out playing people post flop. I have never been called preflop with Ace's (5times) or Kings (3). the amount of stories I have of bad players doing insainly stupid things is amazing. And a lot of OMC's. And 75% of them hate my guts. Its a GREAT Room. Plenty of people with disposable incomes and an inflated Poker Egos. Even when my local casino poker room opens back up, I will still be taking trips down.
@Michael Benshoof I usually play on Thursday and typically it's not more than. 25mn. I went on Friday once and it was 1.5hrs to get a seat. There definitely some things they need to fix. The chip situation is #1, its ridiculous but they have plenty of dealers and they are pretty decent.
Most casinos won't allow that if it's a spoken agreement between heads-up players. If it goes that way then it's whatever but if it's spoken then it's collusion
It's kind of funny you showed that AK hand I was in same situation last night with a lady and board Was A4Q i had AK so i bet 25 she called, turn was a 3 i bet 40 she call, river was a 8 i check for pot control and she jams for 293. I was in the tank long time then she says ill show you my hand for $10 if you fold and I sensed strength so i fold and pay her $10 and she shows me pocket QQ for the flopped set. Best fold of my life so far.
I have to say that I enjoy your content. BTW, I definitely would have folded that last hand with the AK. A few years ago there wasn't a chance in hell I would have folded, but my win rate has gone up considerably since finding this fold.
Tough spot but I think a fold there would be the right play, on the check raise I thought he might have a hand like ace 10… can’t always put someone on the best hands so I can see a call
Don't they charge a fee to play? or a membership or something, or is that just for tournaments? I'm not talking about rake. Also, that's never actually in Chicago, right? Like South burbs?
Thanks for the help! I have tried to download the book a few times but have not received it even after joining the telegram. Any other way to access it?
never play 1/2 or 1/2/3, the players are either super tight nits that all limp call or crazies that three bet you with some hand like 84s. id rather play uth or three card than this stake because you get a more normalized range and action playing the same difficulty on 2/3/5 or up
I love going to charity poker games and taking all their money! Also I would love to invite a fish like you who thinks they are a good player to our private game so I can take all your money too! Lol😂
Wait.. I'm confused about the math at the start of the video. I'll slightly simplify thr numbers. So he went all in for 200, making the pot now a total of 600. You need to call 200 to win 600. This is an easy ratio of 3:1. 3:1 odds are exactly 25%. So how come you came up with the 33.9%?
I am a little confused with some of your table etiquette. I understand this is a meet up "fun" game so at the hands starting at 6:00 you flopped top two pair on a very dynamic board. You then make a deal with your opponent to check down to the river. You mentioned this is something you do not recommend people doing, and I would agree, because most other players at a table would call this soft playing or collusion. You saying that you were doing it to protect her is suspect (I don't wanna make money on you") as you admitted your hand is vulnerable and you’re basically hoping to get out of the hand as cheap as possible with a win or loss. The next hand at 6:30 you flop of set of jacks. Why are you not making a friendly arrangement with this player to get down to the river as cheap as possible to save your opponent money? I’m thinking it’s because you are pretty confident you are "winning" at this point. Lastly, at 8:20 you talk about changing seats to take advantage of opponents next to you. This is a reasonable strategy, but again seems contradictory to when you’re trying to save the lady at 6:20 money in the first hand you want to be friendly. I've seen quite a few of your videos and this hasn't been the first time you have been involved in some less than ethical situations at the table. Please don't openly collude at the table as I have been on too many tables where friends are heads up and they agree to check down when one flopped top two pair and other turns top set on an uncoordinated board.
@@PokerProfit I'm not sure what you meant by your reply because I put the time stamps on so people can be directed straight to the comments you made. Why didn't you make the same "proposal" to the guy who you had a set of Jacks against as you did for the lady who you were scared had lot's of outs against your KQ 2 pair?
@@PokerProfit you know dude, wether you’re a winning or losing player. It’s really annoying having someone analyze every hand while making the other player wait. Just stop being such a self centered asshole.

Can see the player to your left’s cards sometimes in view of the camera. FYI
Check raised turns in the lower limits means you fold all top pair hands you always up against two pair plus.
Maybe 🤷♂️
Ill never in eternity of poker will agree to check check till the river unless im playing against my actual Grandma . Great video tho🔥

Maybe. But there are reasons to shove as well like denying equity Vs hands that are behind but still have outs.

Position over a specific player. You want to be on direct left of weak players to attack them all the time.
