"She could have a flush but it's unlikely as there are 3 Hearst on the board as blockers" you can't make this shit up. Please play with me.
It was absurd poker bullshit jargon
lmao i thought the same thing. lmao. then jamming on the crazy lady was bad too. a pro maybe folds his ace, but not her hahah.
Well upload six or seven heavy Kevin M. wins at the felt. We'll wait here.
Maybe because he had the queen of hearts but failed to communicate that. He’s not that great of a player and she did not slow rolled him. She folded
Kevin i had to replay that a couple times, i don't get it.
In order to SLOWROLL, one must ROLL (over one's cards) . She DID NOT. Guy has a YT channel about poker and poker advice and does not know the difference btw a slowroll and an 'annoy-you tank" You're making -EV comments. That is NOT what poker pros do.
You: "She's a drunk annoying woman"
Poker Pro: "She is an ATM"
I must admit i'm confused you said you wanted to move to the table because there was a loud drunk woman there and then complained about the loud drunk woman lol did i miss something?
That pocket QQ hand was a biggggg punt
punt city. nice kid, thinks very highly of himself but that was a punt. He might as well have simply turned is hand face up. Cant represent a big ace after you check twice. qq with a heart makes perfect sense for any thinking player on the button there.
Dude:
1) Learn your poker jargon. That wasn't a slow roll
2) Being intellectual about ranges against rec drunk players (ranges are lost on them in that state and they are playing out of their ass) and shoving when there are 3 hearts on the board is a donkey bet. Sorry but she owned you there
3) You jam with A5 based on a perceived range advantage due to backpack, get felted and trash talk the winner? That is just bad poker. An example of what not to do in that spot.... With A5 there are many combos that beat you on that board
And she may have been obnoxious but you went to the table FOR her. So don't handle this like a fish.... Sweet talk and wait for your chance to clean her out and not play into her.... That's why the guy on your right cleaned her out and you didn't.
Cool story dude.
Speaking facts
It's never cool to talk trash.
If you won; shut up. If you lost; shut up.
No; it wasn't 'nice hand'. Nice hand means F--- y---. I don't accept that nice hand BS, or 'I/You got lucky'. Pet peeves of mine.
I do think if you celebrate the win; that's fine, but don't talk trash; and keep in mind, as happy as you are to win the hand, the other player is absolutely devastated they lost
I enjoyed the vlog but you have to let stuff like that go. Never tell a fish they shouldnt do something at the table. No matter how obnoxious, rude, or drunk. They are too good for the game.
Don't tap the glass.
Idiot table 'pros' ruin the game for everyone every time.
Rome! it's justin from windy city. so glad to see your channel doing so well. Look at all the trolls and haters you have already! lol. for real though, bub, i'm super proud and happy for you. You certainly deserve it.
Thank you for everything Justin! I will never forget you my friend 👊🏻🖤
Windy City gang rise up
One having trolls and haters means one is definitely doing something right lol
You tried to rationalize with a drunk. Never a good idea. Never bluff a drunk fish
A slow roll is when you show your hand at the end. Your opponent knows and has the winning hand but takes a little longer to turn their hand over.
@Kazuya Mishima I get what ur saying but I don't think a slow roll is necessarily an angle because it happens at showdown and doesn't influence the action of the hand. A slow roll might get someone tilted so they play worse so I guess it's an angle in that respect. It is poor etiquette if u knowingly do it to a total stranger at a casino and is definitely a dickhead move.
@@oldmancannabis3026 a slow roll is regarded as poor etiquette but isn't against the rules. I slow roll anyone once if they've done it to me cos I'll probably tilt them but it doesn't bother me.
What’s the point of checking river with AQ
Lots of bad all ins. Not sure how youre profitable playing that way
Good content do you pay rake in this vegas game?
Ive found your channel a couple days ago and i think ive binge watched every episode im a part time 1/3 player thinking about making jump yo 2/5 maybe 5/10 o feel ive already gotten a lil better from watching even though i have not yet played since i started watching i usually play about 3 times a week and possibly looking to start aying even more i just work a full time job so its a scary move but i really appreciate your content
Im pretty new to poker but the 1st hand , were you trying to get a worse king to fold? A6 aint calling, a 7 aint calling, 888 would call, i would have been thrilled to check that, btw, nice river.
People like that are why i bring headphones to play. I normally don't wear them but have them w me just in case
Lmfao shoving into the nuts drawing dead and she was the fish at the table ?? 🤣🤣
He can't be the fish when the 3 hearts on the board are the BLOCKERS TO THE NUTS. lol. I can't believe that was said.
Good vlog. I'm subscribing. Can you show more losing hands and how you would replay them?
Needling her about something she did that is not even wrong was unnecessary. Besides, you just won the hand with Queen high when she folded there. You take the money and be greatful, wait for the next spot. In my experience, I personally become very very friendly intentionally as everyone needs to be feeling loved and cared. In a poker game, I keep my friends close and my enemies closer
Yeah since we didn't see her cards we can't make any definitive judgements about her actions or intentions. What if she had a pair of kings shitty kicker and was thinking about calling or raising, then, later (drunk, remember), saw the 2 people still behind her and thought otherwise. Either way, it wasn't a slow roll according to the definition.
Simp harder bruh, maybe she'll see this. lmao.
Great video brotha when are you coming to cali Los Angeles Ca we got the Hustler and the bike casinos here really good card rooms.
What do you do when there are three very aggressive players playing very wide ranges, but you just don't get any playable hands for hours in the right position!
What date is this from?
Hope to see you in Vegas soon brother. Gonna check out resorts world. Dallas first thou. Maybe we can kick around a soccer ball if you are in Vegas in about a week
Try editing with a microphone or in a room with less echo. Just a suggestion. Keep up the good work!
Former poker dealer,, drunks are terrible for pace of play, they seem to take money from the good players n give to the bad ones,, it’s funny to observe players as a dealer,, then to observe players as a player,is totally different
Being a dealer gives you a perspective that cannot be seen from a player's seat, plain and simple. It's amazing the things I can catch as a dealer but I DO NOT catch as a player.
Interesting!
She was mad & turned on about that KJ! 😂 Great play fam!
First time watchingI'll be commenting more.. this should have been a $1,500 winning session if you didn't force hands against the fish LOL
First of all there was no slow roll and u were totally wrong in that situation. Let's discuss the real horrible play tho. Why are u shoving QQ there? The only way you are getting called is by a better hand. If she was bluffing shoving will only get her to fold. I know she's annoying, but that's where money comes from, just let her talk and keep your mouth shut. Also play plain solid poker against her and profit.
15:35 hand too strong, no neeeed to turn into bluff
Lol, I guess you are trying to imply she angled you. Which she did not. And she definitely did not slowroll you; you are using that term incorrectly, among with a few other poker terms in every vlog. If you want an honest opinion, you handled that situation like a complete fish. In a spot where you are suppose to joke around with her and be happy for her - having her at a table is way better than having a backpack bringing, AirPod wearing, non talkative GTO dork - you acted like a sassy entitled soft millennial instead. All this because you played a hand really badly against her that gave her an early Christmas gift of a double up. Now I’m tempted to drive to Vegas, get super drunk at your table, and just make you sassy cry as I take your small $500 buy-ins in a $1,200 cap game.
Lol you really wrote all that. You're take is bad and you're a dork
This has to be one of the best worst comments ever 😂
Imho she didnt do much in the hand. She played with her chips. Many regs do the exact same thing and hope to get a reaction somehow. Why are you c betting 40 into 65 on a superdry flop. 20 or even 15 seems a much better betsize.
Absolutely love your vlogs brotha.
I love how people seem to be a good player, until they felt you.
I can get behind a check with AQ on the river. The hands that beat you are endles.
I enjoyed your video and commentary here, ...BUT,.... it was a HUGE Disappointment here where you DID NOT show the hands where the "Crazy Woman" LOST her stack! This would have been SO MUCH BETTER with those included! IF you have that additional footage to add in, please repost this and make us all much happier! :-)
Unfortunately I didn’t have in my Hard Drive… I agree with you, I should have that footage as well! Living and learning
You should try using a microphone for your intro, we might be able to hear you.
On the A5 hand where you called a pretty big raise preflop like $50 or more you could just fold their I'm always worried they might have a better race if it at eight flops or stuck in the hand you're really looking to flop a flush draw or 2 pair.. you end up losing your whole stack on a hand you didn't have really have to play.. I like it multiway especially in position if you play hands like that and lose big pots and get stacked that's a difference of winning or losing on the night
Back when I played limit poker, before the boom, I learned over time that a drunk in the game slowed the game down more than it was worth having him or her there. Especially in stud, where fumbling with their cards takes forever. In NL, if she is tragically bad and loses stack after stack, it can be worth it but it's still a pain in the ass.
Yeah....agree in LIMIT, but not NL.
How not to play poker...
Think about it …… Who is in control here?
The crazy lady is.
She is making you do everything you normally would not do. If you bring yourself to her level then you are the fool and she has total control over you. She got you to be emotionally unstable. Never play into a fools game (argument) because you will always lose.
100 percent agree with this, i would say he deviated to much from his normal game just because she was crazy when in reality she is not playing poorly but acting out
You are Definitely not a profitable poker player, don’t be a joke
Love your content and no she did not slow roll you. That’s not the Poker definition of slow roll. Keep doing what you do👍🏿
She was angle shooting.
He didn't say she slowrolled him but what she did was on the same level as a slowroll... why is it so hard for everyone to understand that. She was so annoying I don't know if I could have stayed and played. Props to you bro!
@@brycenmarsolek1056 depends what her face looked like. She had a cute body and thats better to see at a table then guys giving you serial killer looks. Plus she was throwing money away.
@@brycenmarsolek1056 I'm not sure what people think she did that was wrong. Cutting chips is fine. Cutting chips to make it seem like you're going to raise is fine. I didn't see her move her chips in and pull them back.
@@teddyj5187 hahaha she had a terrible face. Her eyes also looked mean and crazy.
I am going to sound like a hater for saying this but do you truly think you played well ? I mean that was plain awful poker. How do you expect people to improve watching this ?? lol
I made numerous mistakes in this episode. But mistakes are great! As long as you are wise enough to use them to your favor. Read my ebook if you have a chance.
She played you and got under your skin thst wasn't a slow roll u want her 2 call there what's wrong with you wow
great vlog mate ,,really enjoyed it
I can’t believe he calls my drunk ass wirh king jack. 😂😂
Rather than point out her faults, buy her another drink.
really good content man!
Good stuff 👏
I really don’t understand how y’all saying she didn’t anything wrong! She was a bully and called him a B word pretty disrespectful and annoying!!! I would have slapped her lol 😂
First collusion and now this, these videos aren’t doing you any favours man. Just keep to yourself and make your money.
Two tips for you Romulo,
1) Rude players are one reason lots of us wear headphones. Literally to tune them out.
2) While you make good representations of your range on the flop I wonder if you consider if all of these players understand your ranges as well as you think they do.
That’s why I make sure my AirPods are fully charged lol.. I don’t even wanna talk or listen to most people at the table because 9 outta 10 times there an asshole lol 😂
Hey man I enjoy the vlogs but that A5 hand I don't know. I don't see him betting if you check it jamming was meh but you live and learn. Yea in hindsight that 92 is terrible but there's a lot of combo hands that destroy you when having A5. Keep on grinding!
I agree. I Don’t think shoving that turn is the best play. Living and learning 🧠📈
@@PokerProfit yea man I felt that you got a little tilted especially the QQs hand. Your never getting her to fold A heart type hands or Make with a heart that's not including pocket AK A7 A8 77s or 88s. Geez I wish there was a casino in Charlotte NC. I don't know if your back in Illinois but the majestic and horseshoe games when I played were normally soft and you could make a killing there. Giving constructive criticism I want to see you do well. Don't let players get to you as well let them talk there $hit than at the right moments stack them later in the session. I noticed you do get annoyed which is easy to than target you as a player.
@Kazuya Mishima I would have to analyze the hand all over but he didt need to jam with QQs and he didt need to jam with A5 at all.
@Kazuya Mishima Given he is in position, mostly bluffs and vulnerable strong hands. If he had a nutted hand like a straight (~4combos) he would be calling down given he has position and just raising or betting river. With say trips (~10combos), 2pair (~2combos), overpairs (~12combos), and bluffs (alot) which can have given he flatted 3bet pre, you want to raise to deny equity from gutshots and maybe get a crying call from top pairs given SPR. He may also have some flush, gutshot, and double gutshots here that will play this way if he knows he can get his opponent to fold with pressure, though any flush draw or combo draw is essentially gets good odds, but at least it prices out single gutshots and OESDs with no flush draw
@@wesleykim1758 agreed
Bro it’s making my anxious when you don’t protect your cards! Throw some chips down on them. I played with you at the Brad/Andrew MUG.. keep it up. Good playing.
A good player is based on his play not that he is young with a backpack and airpods....
he didn't know how the dude played. he said that. you can make tentative assumptions initially but don't take it as the gospel. that's what he did.
Exactly. You start analyzing a unknown player by tendencies and assumptions that will be right more often than not hopefully. Later on you start having facts just like a showdown of 92o 3 betting from the SB 😂
@@ParissaKhoury thanks 🙏🏻
The bet with the sevens is terrible just check to induce a bluff or hope he has a hand.. also let him catch up if he doesn't bet.. you got two more streets to get some money in
She didn't slow roll you. Lol
Good job on the vlog. Like to hear your insights and analysis. GL
Use a card protector!!
Its not a slow roll brother and it’s not the same level
I play In borgata every week and this is done a million times . When a player cuts out chips and pretends to make a big raise but stays behind the line .
Rule of thumb is when a drunk fish is donating let them have their fun and then when the time is right you attack .
The guy at seat 7 had the right idea and slowly waited for the perfect opportunity. That hand I wish you posted on your vlog.
Slow roll is different. She was close to what is called angle shooting, moving toward the bet-line with calling or raising chips. Just counting out chips is normal to try to get a read on the other player and not considered bad form. I know drunks are fish, but I don't enjoy playing against them, especially sloppy, loud, obnoxious drunks. If they get bad enough, too much talking during multi way pots, or verbally abusive after hands, I will call the floor even if it makes other players at the table mad. I play to win money, but I also play because I enjoy the game which is hard to do with an obnoxious drunk at the table.
More importantly perhaps obnoxious people turn off other players long and short term .
Just a suggestion. You should cut out the parts where villian is tanking. It isn't needed.
I don't understand the logic of the QQ hand toward the end. You 3 bet big because you knew the villain calls big bets with light holdings, but then try to bluff her off a wet board with a big bet.
Embrace the variance...I feel like i know a guy who embraces the grind, I forget his name. When I start my vlog I will embrace the tilt.
Johnny Vibes
Always entertaining! Thanks for the video!
I like how he labels her as CW on the subtitles for crazy woman 😆
Sorry but you aren't any better than her. She definitely got under your skin which lead you to make that horrendous shove with Qs there. You're too busy thinking of all the hands that YOU can have in that spot and nothing about what she has that can call with that you were beating. A lot of the times over thinking about a hand doesn't do us good because most of the times other players aren't thinking what we are thinking, sometimes they aren't even thinking about anything thing at all!! Lastly, it's fine to target a weak player at a table but don't dedicate your whole session to it sheesh!
Obviously the worse thing you can do to defuse a situation is tell the other fired up person to "calm down." lmao
Bro you’re actually being hella sensitive. And she didn’t slow roll you, she was thinking about raising and folded.
Please play in Brazil too! Tournament action there would be fun too, considering that's how you got started!
You are meu idol on Poker. Im learning a kit from you ❤️
Thanks my brother 👊🏻❤️
I always found that when the mark at the table is rude and or obnoxious, they have been drinking and having a good time I simply offer to purchase a beverage of their choice. Probably the most profitable play for the entire table or at least those of us who are there to profit. Becoming argumentative in anyway is only going to drive this person off, man or a woman.
lol i also have the Qh for plan B 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
Love the caption of "Only CW calls" 😂
This was my first watching your vid, I like your style and I agree with you on that woman and the fact they were playing up to her just to get her money. I am also going to subscribe to poker profit 1
The A5 hand was cringe-worthy. Your story makes no sense, and it felt like you waited TOO long to shove. From my experience, if a player takes TOO long to bet/raise/shove (in my frame of mind) the they are bluffing and finally got the courage up enough to make the move. Anyone who acts too quickly or too slowly just jumps out at me like a red flag. This is OBVIOUSLY not indicative of every poker player, but it's definitely a commonality.
You might want to protect your cards. Especially in the 9 seat. The dealer can accidentally muck your hand.
I find it difficult to play with people like that. It’s not enjoyable to me.
Also, if someone mucks and their cards hit yours, your hand is dead.
Bro when that crazy girl won with the flush she thought she won with a pair of Aces. She didnt even realize the flush wow.
Why call the first hand when he bet 75 it seems strong?
Que massa! Vamo Brasil! Tô inscrito e acompanhando!
Obrigado meu amigo 👊🏻🇧🇷
Yeah , just shut up and take her money !
“He seemed to be a good player. Young guy with a backpack and air pods…”
That’s your criteria for a good player? Seriously?! 😂😂😂😂😂
“3 hearts as blockers to a flush” brother what 💀
When someone comments on how I play I tell them to pay my stake into the game and I will play exactly how they want. Outside that it's my money and I will do what I want with it .
The KJ suited call 3 way all in was a 50/50 +EV/-EV call. KJ off suit would have been a fold.
A5 was a fold let alone a 4 bet. Your likely up against 55, 66,77,88,99, A9 suited to AJ suited, AQ off suit, KJ suited, KQ off suit, etc.
Yes your repping better, but there is a good, ok chance that the board hits his range better then yours.
And a 9 on the board, really fits his range. Check call/check fold, bet small, block bet/fold would have been ok, better then shoving, as he could have a 9, or straight draw or both.
Yes he was a bad player with 92, but you didn't know that until after the hand, and you played it pretty bad too.
Now if you had know he was a bad player like that, then maybe your play would have been ok. But you didn't, and the play was bad.
About your flush hand. You had a flush, and a K on board. Your bet was gona cause a fold. Your bet was too big. You either small bet 1/5, 1/4 the pot or check. You were already getting semi agressively raised preflop, postflop, so you probably would have had your flush bet into. And you let them catch up get something callable on river, if they check. Or the might call with marginal hand, on river, because they might not believe your river bet, after a turn check. And it's unlikely that they have a A high flush draw, that might get there on river.
The QQ hand. Tho there was reason to think she might probably not have ace, she could still have the Ace or the made flush even tho it's not in her range, and she didn't play it like a Ace, etc. BUT that assumes she is a thinking fish. She is not. She is a drunk. You can't read anything into her play. So altho it's likely she doesn't have the Ace or flush, she could just as semi easily have a Ace or flush as any other possible holding.
Calling and reevaluating or check min reraising to try to see if she either calls, small reraise you, shoves, on you, to find out where you are, and to merge that with value betting thin to extract value, while not getting into too much trouble, to where you can fold to a bigger reraise, shove, is the right plays here.
If you call reevaluate river. If you check reraise small, then if called, then might be ok, but be careful, and if reraise you small you probably beat, but should still call evaluate river. And if reraise your reraise semi big to all in, then fold.
But reraising her all in was bad, because your not going to extract any value because even middle pair, top pair top kicker, etc, is not going to call you.
And your only going to be called if your beat. And she could have the Ace or Flush, even if not likely.
It's just plain too risky, gambly to shove there.
Just call or min reraise, etc, and reevaluate the situation, her, the river, on the river.
Altho the T7 suited 3 bet worked, your 3 bet range should be suited connector, 1 gappers like 87, 97, 98, T8, J9,JT, Q9, QT, QJ, K9, KT, A2+, etc, if your going to 3 bet light depending on situation, late position, etc. Hands like 74, 96, T7, etc, are usually bad 3 bet light hands. Wait until you have at least 87, 97, 98, T8, T9, J9,JT,QT,QJ,K9,KT,Q9,A2+ at minimum to 3 bet light with.
Except for those mistakes, nice winning session.
But do learn from these mistakes and don't regularly repeat these mistakes.
As the poker saying goes: “Don’t tap the tank.”
I've just subscribed. Thank you.
Was that the first time that Girl played in a Card Room? She is very lucky she didn't get Snapped off with her A6.
16:42 I feel bad for people like this. Substance abuse, clearly in a bad place.
In Mandalay Bay 2 weeks ago I had A/9 suited and had a guy call my $90 3 bet out of position. Flop was A 2 3 Rainbow. He bet $75 and I called. Turn was a K, he bet $100, I jam, he turned over 4 5 offsuit. Lol. Happens....
“She could have a flush, but there are 3 hearts on board which block a lot of combinations of flush.”
With that logic no one would ever have a flush
Continuation bets of 1/3rd pot are pretty usual and likely to get called by anyone with any kind of hand.
She was great for a good story! Great job on the vLogs
She has such an abrasive personality. Drunks are annoying.
Once u check flop and turn on that hand you NO LONGER have the best aces in your range, while she may check back many weak aces in her range. I am commenting this before watching til the end of the hand
This is why I don’t play poker anymore, you see these RUclips bloggers who sit down with cameras, craving action, you give it to them and then they call you fish and try to denigrate you.
So? Wear headphones and enjoy taking their money with a smile on your face, music in your ears and them steaming because they can't get you riled up like they want.
The jam with a 5 was setting money on fire
@@kickdebollhis KJ shove to start was setting money on fire but he got lucky
The 92 guy may have made a great play depending on your table image. If I see a player opening, and 3 betting a lot on a fairly passive table I mix in some light (Not 92 off light) 3 and 4 bets in the blinds to steal some pots. The fact that you called after the big blind flats would make me remove most of the big pocket pairs from your range. I want to continue strong on flop like this to sell the story of an over pair. When the BB folds, I think his range was most likely Broadway cards removing some of those from your range. So when you call it makes me think you either have pocket pairs like 7s, 8s, 67 suited, 45 suited or some combination of 1 pair plus draw. When I continue on the turn and you shove all in it would feel mostly like a one pair plus draw that picked up equity with the turn such as 45 suited in clubs. My thought would be if this person has a big or nutted hand why would they risk a person that has led out on every street folding to a shove. A normal play for a big hand there would be to call and shove river or if the spr is different you can min click to shove river. Either way I think the call on the turn was correct and the 3 bet from the small blind is understandable. If you 4 bet preflop he probably just folds and you are heads up against the BB who folds to a continuation post flop. The equitable play there is to fold to the 3 bet and determine if the small blind is trying to get tricky or is playing straight up. The reason I say that is your specific hand is crushed in most scenarios of that configuration and you have to hit specific flops to feel comfortable in that situation. Really the only flop that looks good for you is flush or front door flush draw or something like a55.
Great analysis here
I agree, great analysis
