    You can't apply voltage divider like that to find Vth. Moreover the Vth is not the point you have considered in the opamp because due to virtual ground concept the voltage at both V+ and V- of opamp here is 0. The circuit should be solved by considering Rf=R and by using (-Vref - 0)/2R = (0 - Vth)/Rf i.e. Vref/2 = Vth .
