Adam's meticulous nature peeking out at 18:39 . 🤪 I've never used a camp oven, but now I know how to get one to about 350 F (~175 C). 9 on the bottom and 14 on top. 👍
Willard Bay is a great camp spot. I have been there many time, This is a good video. Thanks for the ideas you gave me on how to cook chicken when camping.😋🍗
Beautiful scenery behind you in in front of you you guys are so lucky to be able to travel and enjoy thank you for sharing your adventures with us looking forward to more
We love watching you guys!! More cooking!! 😂 your there at the perfect time. Getting into summer the mosquitos are so thick they’ll carry you off lol. We’ve been camping in Utah for almost 50yrs and Willard bay is far down the list of places to camp.
With the snow still in the area we were limited on where we could go and I didn’t want to take too many chances pulling down into unknown area we aren’t familiar with. Willard Bay is much nicer than what some of these comments have to say about it.
@@AbomAdventures all good. If you want some local tips where to go and see things you won’t believe, hit me up. Utah is amazing and impossible to see it all in our lifetimes
As a kid I water skied on That place for years. Back then there was no camping place like your in now, only the day covers and we had a boat and truck camper most the time I slept in a tent with a ton of mosquitoes
Thanks for your videos. My wife and I purchased a trailer just like yours last year and we have enjoyed watching all the things you have done with yours. We are heading out for our own adventure later this month to Brice Canyon. Willard Bay is close to where I grew up as a kid and brings back a lot of fond memories. If your trip allows for it, you should consider visiting the Golden Spike Monument. It is the place where the two railroads came to together. It is very cool and not far from where you are. Travel safe and thanks again for sharing.
Adam, I know you don't use a big Webber Kettle, but I'm starting to. I am having HORRIBLE luck getting that thing to temp in a reasonable time. I don't have the BIG charcoal chimney, I have smaller one (they make 2 sizes that I'm aware of). It just seems a full chimney just doesn't get over about 325F...even with the bottom and top vents open. Other people seem to get these to 400F+ without issue. I must be doing something wrong. Also, when I dump my chimney it seems to be only half ready to go even after 30 minutes. Driving me CRAZY. Would love some tips/tricks on this. I follow what Weber says to do, and it just isn't working. :(
Willard bay state park is a S IT hole, nothing but bugs and a horrible camp host to boot. They do not take care of this place in the summer. DNR and the sheriff's department are very harassing. I'm never going back here again, and I'm a local.
My hubby and I really enjoy your videos! Abby is always enthusiastic and upbeat. You all need to do a camp cooking cookbook!😊

Welcome back to Utah!
Good times! 🙂
Chicken looked yummy. We are currently in Texas and found your Fiesta seasoning in a grocery store, good stuff
I ate already, but after seeing that, I want some!
I live ten minutes from Willard Bay
look at that custom bracket for your starling antenna 👍
Abby may have tasted the "can" from those black beans vs. the cast iron oven. Them enchiladas were looking good. Sliced Green onions help too

Can you please give me the name of the seasoning you sprinkled on the chicken & veggies please?
